Had an issue with one of my tires; they were able to get me a decently used tire at a great price with a 30 day warranty. It was a bit of a wait, but we'll worth it. Waiting area is decently spaced so people aren't too close. Staff was a little irritable at first, but with the work they do and amount of people they deal with in a day, it's understandable. Overall, it was a good experience

Well, it looks as though my previous reviews of Broadway were scrubbed so I thought I'd repost my review to share my experiences, as Google seems to have taken a shine to them and is skewing ratings in a positive direction- check their reviews on Yelp for a more accurate rating (1.8 stars!). I left a previous review with my reflection on their poor service from a couple previous visits, but need to update to review their poor quality of tires as well. I had four new Kenda Klever tires installed in 2017 and in less than two years (and less than 14,000 miles) they were showing cracks between the tread. I called Broadway to try to take advantage of the tire warranty, and they basically refused me and claimed I would have to remove all four tires and ship them to Kenda for review. Absolutely absurd. I'm wondering if they buy cheaper old stock tires that 'fell off the truck' or something - why else would they refuse to help me take advantage of a manufacturer warranty? Two years later I have had those dry rotted tires replaced today after multiple mechanics warned me of the danger of driving on them. The mileage? Only 28,000 miles. Go to Farm and Fleet like I did- trustworthy service and better quality products. Sep 20, 2017Previous review Pretty unsatisfactory performance by Broadway altogether, this is their second "do over" in as many services. Once they forgot to tighten my oil drain plug, the next time they didn't tighten a tie rod lock nut- both things might've been the end of my truck. If you don't have time to mess around or can't risk being without a vehicle, Broadway isn't the way to go. Nice guys, careless work.

I’ve gotten a used tire here before and it was a great experience. However I brought my car in to see how much it would be to fix my hood release cable. They charged me $75 just to tell me it was broke. Not impressed.

Went to get an alignment for my car. After an hour they called me saying we cannot do it because the car needs a bunch of parts for 3000 dollars and to top it of, I had to pay 50 dollars to get my car back. Be aware!

WARNING!!! ⸻ ⭐ 1 Star – Potentially Fraudulent or Negligent Work – Avoid Broadway Tire and Auto (Monona, WI) I paid $1,400 to Broadway Tire and Auto in Monona, WI, expecting my car to be repaired. When I picked it up, the check engine light was still on, and the car had no coolant in it—a basic and critical issue that should have never been overlooked. This is not just poor service—it’s negligent at best, and possibly deceptive. I brought my vehicle in to have these exact problems fixed. The fact that I received it back in the same condition raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the work billed. If no real repairs were performed, this could constitute consumer fraud or a breach of contract. I am currently documenting everything and preparing to file complaints with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) and the Wisconsin DOJ Consumer Protection Division. Let this serve as a public warning: I do not recommend Broadway Tire and Auto to anyone. Their actions are unprofessional, potentially illegal, and show a complete disregard for customers and their safety. Be extremely cautious before trusting this business with your vehicle or your money.

I dropped the car off at 8am as they said they were first come, first served, and I was told it would be one to one and a half hours. I came back an hour and a half later and still waited another three hours. In total it took them four and a half hours when they said one to one and a half hours. This delayed us from going on vacation and had they been honest about their wait time, we would have planned things differently. I'm not sure why they were so far off on the install time. An hour delay, sure, I could understand that, but not three hours longer than quoted. Secondly, they scratched all four of my factory alloy wheels on my 4Runner. This was the first set of new tires on this vehicle, replacing the factory Dunlops, and now all four of my wheels have scratches along the outer rim. Some appear to go through the powder coating, so yup, you guessed it, they will start to corrode in the salty Wisconsin winters. The only thing positive was the Cooper Discover tires they installed seem good so far. Edit. I emailed the owner at the provided email address in response to their request on August 18th, and have not received a response. It seems their sincere concern is lip service so far.

Update: Changing my review from 1 star to 3 after feedback from management. I still wish there had been better communication on the wait, but their actual service is always good. ‐‐-‐---------------------- I make my decision on whether to use them based on the wait. They told me it would be 2 hours. It's been 3 and I'm still waiting. This is a recurring theme here, so I don't think I'll continue to give them my business....despite it being cheaper.

These guys never disappoint! They will actually explain the inter workings of a car so you understans what is being done to your car, for what reason and what to look for and when to stop and get help. Shout out to Michael. I thought my engine was wrecked and he took one look explained everything and sent me on my way! That has never happened before. All the guys there are great.

Brought a tire in for what was hoping to be repaired, was not repairable. Looked at all the tires and found a safety issue with another tire. Bought new tires for a great price and was out within an hour. Excellent service .

Came for an oil change and the process of getting my car in took 2 hours, totally fine. From there it took over an hour to change the oil. Unfortunately that’s not all they tried to upsell me on tires that are almost new. If you’re looking for efficiency this is not the place, go somewhere like Woodmans.

Terrible experience. They keep adding random things you “need” just to make more money. I went in for something simple, and somehow it turned into a bunch of unnecessary work. My car still has the same problem, and they just keep guessing instead of actually fixing it. Very unprofessional and dishonest... don’t waste your time here.

Honestly, this shop is a joke. They act like they know what they’re doing, but clearly they don’t. Every time you go in, they come up with some new excuse to charge you more. Nothing ever gets fixed, just more talk and more bills. I regret ever trusting them with my car. If you value your money and sanity, stay away from this place.

Today, 11/19/2025 my friend has his car in for a brake issue. They informed him that he needed a new "pump" Which I can only assume is the vacuum assist pump on his equinox. He gave them the go ahead to replace the part. And they called him an hour later. And said, they dropped a piece of metal in the engine while removing the old pump. Now they want to charge him $200 to fish out the metal THEY DROPPED IN! Being a mechanic myself we DO NOT CHARGE CUSTOMER FOR OUR MISTAKES CROOKS!

I brought my car in just for an alignment, which was supposed to cost $170. Later they called and said I needed a “kit” or the alignment wouldn’t work and charged me an extra $300 for it. After all that, my car still shakes, and now they want another $160 just to “check” it. These guys have no idea what they’re doing all, they care about is taking your money. Terrible service and total waste of time and money.

Brought my car in for used car inspection and squeaking sound, they said it was the serpentine belt and idler pulleys. Had them replaced and car was still squeaking so i brought it back it for them to take a look again which was free but then they said it was the ball bearings in my alternator and it needed to be replaced which they quoted me $1100+ for so i didn't go through with it. I later then took my car to Meineke for AC repair and mentioned the squeaking sound, while they were replacing my carburetor they found out the squeaking sound was NOT coming from the alternator and the alternator looked almost brand new, they found out it was from a water pump that was not properly secured in place and it was just metal on metal rubbing together making that noise and they fixed it completely free of charge. On the positive side at Broadway i did have my tires replaced and an alignment done and they did a great job for a fair price but I probably paid for a serpentine belt and pulleys that i didnt even need. They are a Legit business and staff is friendly but cannot forgive them for just guessing what was wrong with my car without even properly looking. Definitely trying to squeeze the most money out of you as possible just go with Meineke 🙏

I give them a solid 5 stars, This is definitely my go to place for all kinds of Auto Repairs or Maintenance. I usually work on all of my own vehicles, but for the stuff im not able to do I use them. I have gotten numerous sets of tires mounted on rims, I took my 97 Lesabre here for an oil change, alignment along with a tire rotation, and surpentine belt. They got everything done and where even honest enough to tell me that I didn’t need an alignment. They also have a pretty good selection of used tires even if they are a weird/obscure size. As mentioned ive taken multiple sets of tires and rims to be mounted and balanced which always come out fantastic!. Staff overall seems friendly and very straightforward. I can see how the “first come first serve” may be an inconvenience for some people but ive never had a complaint with it. The pricing quotes for repairs are relatively accurate, but keep in mind… anything can happen at any time. Vehicles are unpredictable, so take into account that there may be hickups or problems especially of your car is rusty. Luckily the staff is very good about calling you if anything arises, and they will give you a very clear and concise description of what needs work.

My vehicle was towed to this facility because it was non-functioning. While the initial diagnosis was quick—an unfortunately severe "blown engine"—the subsequent experience was extremely disappointing. I was charged a non-negotiable $160 diagnostic fee for what appeared to be a very minimal inspection. This felt excessive given the outcome and the limited time spent. However, the worst part was the complete lack of basic customer courtesy. After being told I needed a new engine, I asked a staff member for assistance with removing my license plate (as I needed to transfer it). The staff member acted like this was a major inconvenience and displayed a noticeable attitude, showing zero empathy for my situation. I understand that shops need to charge for their time, but charging $160 for a rapid diagnosis followed by treating a customer with such disdain and inconvenience is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this business and advise others to seek service elsewhere. Date of Service: 11/13/25

Had to come 5 times, bought 4 tires, they provided with an oil chance, they left a leak oil came out. Came back they forgot the tire caps. Customer services is missing to review before they deliver the car so they don't forget things. Hope they can get better at would class service. Customer happy bring more customers. 4 time
