After being around this the actual owner of the place is a pretty good man the one that is managing it right now Will tell you anything he thinks you want to hear Will change it the next time he sees you or talks to you can't remember what he told you one day to the next and has no morals no problem with making heartless decisions and breaking promises I was loyal to that place and they turned around and put me in a financial situation that I couldn't afford to be in and broke every promise of their loyalty sorry for any inconvenience on this but I'm just telling it like it is what I went through what I thought what I felt and what I found

The thing of it is, they're quite likely the most professional garage in Northeast and parts beyond. Brocato's doesn't have a lot filled with cars in various states of disrepair. The mechanics are friendly and honest. They're not so inundated with other work that they won't tell you they're "too busy this week" to "even try to look" at your car. There's a waiting room that's actually clean and air conditioned. Yes, it might be a bit more expensive than some of the other garages in the area, but in the case of Brocato's, you really do get what you pay for.

A really good place for auto service. The crew here are polite and professional and. they do good work. Thats always important to me as a female I always find it hard to find a shop that does me right. I have not had one problem with their work. And Scott is awesome, too.

The manager there is a great guy. Not only that but he knows his stuff. Good thing for manager to know isn't it? Lol. He also knows what he doesn't know, which is a mark of intelligence. If he is not sure about something he won't commit until he finds out if it's actually true or not. One thing in particular about this mechanic's establishment is the fact that they will allow you to bring your own parts to have them installed. Other mechanics order the parts for you, true, but they also bill you for the cost of the parts and Bill you 100% markup for having to order the parts and put them on and things.

Great guys that don't mess you around. They'll tell you exactly what you need done and diagnose it quickly. They'll give you the best solution for the problem your car is having for the least amount of money. They won't try and get you to do things you don't need done. They're honest good people and have fair prices.

I have always had very good luck at this garage. I've become friends with the owner or manager is the case may be, and he's always been honest and forthright. Also, something you should note, normally a garage will order the parts for your vehicle and double the price on them before installing them and charging you the labor and everything. This place allows you to bring your own parts which stands to give you a much lower Bill than normal. Pay attention to that it's important

Quick, friendly, good prices. Extremely busy, don't be surprised if you have to wait an extended amount of time but 100% worth the wait. They'll work with you to see what you want and what's best for you. Came here twice, once for inspection and once to replace a master cylinder, and both times they've been hospitable. They speak English & Spanish so don't let the name deter you from taking a shot at this place if you can't speak Spanish. As stated before, the prices are fair and best of all their work is solid. Please remember to be nice and wait until they can get to you, the last thing you want is to stress out the people trying to help you. 100% worth the money, will be recommending and coming here for all my repairs. I wish I got their names, but it was a white guy that attended me that speaks Spanish, and his boss. If y'all are reading this, thank you for your hard work :)!

They suck did more damage than good. They broke my radiator hose connection while changing my radiator fan and didn't tell me and I found out when it was too late they are definitely not up front and a little shady
