10/10. I hit a truck with my car and had my hood dented in. I had to have it replaced,sprayed, and installed. They did a phenomenal job, the process was amazing especially comparing to other places that were charging me 2-3 times as much. The communication was top tier also.Most definitely recommend.

10/10 recommend!! Brookfield Auto Body was amazing! Both Vanessa and Mike were amazing and more than helpful and super nice! I my self was recommended to come here for repair for an accident and there was quite a lot of damage they did an amazing job with the repairs and always answered my questions and went above and beyond and everything was just perfect! I highly recommend this spot on franklin avenue. I got into a little fender bender about last month and my whole grille was dented and bent off. Came back and the car looks brand new. I realized why this shop has been open for 50 years. Customer service was on top of everything even on days they were off. They help out as much as they can aswell.

I highly recommend Brookfield Auto Body. After a rear-end accident, they arranged my rental car with Enterprise for the duration of the repairs and even handled the return for me. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard. A few months later, I returned for additional work. First and foremost the front lady was awesome I gave it three stars because they need to improve on some stuff the actual damage was fix but there was bolts and nuts laying in trunk so I decided to check everything I have some fasteners missing and broken the trunk handle felled out lucky it felled at home when I went shopping it was missing Update beginning of December I noticed my camera was never replaced or fixed I call the insurance company that took care of expenses they told me that they were supposed to take it out to repair and paint the hatch door if thats the case they broke my camera and they super glued it also the bracket is missing and bolts broken so if it was broken at accident why super glue it I went back December 1st or 2nd to check in with them on the situation they said they take care of it and that they will order new camera I'm going on the 3rd week still no communication that probably explains why my back window has fog on the inside I'll give to Wednesday then I call the insurance if not I'm going to Mazda and then send them the bill

My car was severely vandalized. I had an option to bring my car to any service provider that my insurance covered. I chose this one. Not only did they repair my vehicle…they held it for me for no extra charge because I was going on a trip. The customer service in this place is amazing and I can honestly see why they have been open for 50 years. Vanessa was absolutely amazing and the owner Zane was amazing as well!! They will also repair anybody work free of charge for as long as you have your car!!! If I have any needs in the future I will definitely be back!! Thank you amazing job!!!

While I was away, fulfilling my military obligations, my beloved mother was in an accident through no fault of her own. The insurance company referred her to Brookfield Auto. The men and women working their treated her with dignity and respect and even heard her out on what exactly happened. Fast forward to the present (week and a half later) and I got just in time to pick up the vehicle with her. Brookfield Auto expedited the whole process (without sacrificing the quality) to ensure my mother made her time hack to leave to move back to Florida. The car looks absolutely brand new!! She circled the vehicle to inspect and was thoroughly impressed, as was I. Brookfield Auto earned my 5 Star review.
