I went to Brookline Lock today, hoping to find a very small part for a Baldwin deadbolt cylinder. It’s called a tail piece. The one on my cylinder had broken, making the lock inoperable. It was my lucky day. Dante welcomed me and listened to my request. I had brought the cylinder with me. Much to my amazement, he said that he might be able to help me. He consulted with a few of his coworkers and working together, they found the exact part that I needed. Dante installed it and said there was no charge. I thanked him and said, “you made my day.” The customer service, displayed by Dante and is coworkers, was extraordinary. If you’re ever in need of a locksmith, you must visit Brookline Lock.
