Shout to the Goodyear in Rozy once again for impeccable service. I was in need of new spark plugs, fuel system cleaning, and ventilation cleaning service for my AC system. Context my car is high mileage and 8 years old. They got me in quickly, did all of the work, and was able to pass on some savings to me. I am so happy my car is winter ready. The service here is bottom of the barrel. First time I came here I brought 4 new tires, when I left there was a scrubbing noise in the wheels and they did a crappy job on my alignment. I brought it back the next day and they said it was probably my wheel bearings. The sound wasn't there before but I took it to a mechanic who said the problem was the tires. So today I brought the car back to exchange the tires. I made an 11:30 appointment. It's 5:00 and I'm still here. They just came and told me that the new guy put the wrong tires on. WORSE SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I don't feel safe. I feel like when I leave here the wheels are going to fall off. Why aren't new people supervised? What have they done to my car? It's been back there for 5 1/2 hrs. I don't even have the option to leave. My car is on a lift with no tires. The only reason they got a 1 rating is because the manager Alex and the service guy Adilson were nice, and there was not an option for a lower rating. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I feel like they've used my car as a teaching tool instead of providing good service.

Bad experience. Really upset me. Went there for a new bulb for my tail light. Brought it in around 9:45am and they had it all day. When I picked it up, my brake light is on and my brakes are spongy. Never had an issue with my car. Now I have to look for a mechanic to inspect my brakes because I don't feel safe to drive. Costing me potentially 100s of dollars.

I had a very bad experience with my recent order of four tires. On my first visit, I was told they did not have enough tires in stock. For the second attempt, I was not notified that the tires had still not arrived. Finally, on the third attempt, I was asked to be there at 6:45 but then waited until 11:15 for the service.

Brought my car in for a battery Dec. 2O, 2025 and brakes all day job got there at 9am car finished at 5:30 pm , Dec 21 car won’t start Dec 22 . call at 7:30am , 7 times phone no answer and can’t leave no messsge.

This place is awful. Stay clear. They don’t respect appointments at all. We left the car all they. They never called. When we went to pick up cuz it had been there for 7 hours they literally had done nothing. When we asked if they changed the oil, they said it wasn’t necessary. Which was false because we knew it needed to be changed and when we pressed they confessed they hadn’t checked. Terrible terrible service.

Had my car serviced left feeling confident with tha work got home. checked tires 1 bolt missing. 🤔 did that person/ employee who by tha way took tires off and put all 4 tires back on notice it was missing 🤔or forgot to put back..?pay attention at your job you could have at least tell the paying costumer. It was missing and replaced it. Safety first

Would not recommend. Waited two hours for them to replace a spare tire. Upon pulling our car out after it was finished, they told us our tire was a different size since they didn't have the right tire in stock. In the two hours we waited, no one came to us to ask if we wanted the tire put on or if we could wait for the other tire to be back in stock, they just put it on. Putting a different size tire on with AWD can seriously mess up an SUV, and this is a huge issue that other tire shops would never have let happen. Upon trying to call goodyear to get reimbursement as we are out $130 for a tire that is going to ruin our car, you get the run around from multiple people and no real answers. Use caution while coming here

Got my car repaired and they did a good job. They only forgot to wipe the oil stains they left while repairing the car. My starter got replaced and it cost me around $600 bucks with some additional services like oil change and light bulb replacement. I would definitely go again.

4 tire mount and balance appointment for 10am made days in advance. car not taken in until 11. service completed at 1:15. guy on the phone quoted me an ‘ok’ price—$35/tire. guy in the store then asked for $45/tire. Gave me the originally agreed price when I suggested just dumping my appointment. Nothing torqued to spec. I have had cheaper, faster, and better service from two guys in the back of a box truck parked behind a wendy’s.

Goodyear Assurance is a wonderful tire. Alex 1, Nico, and Alex 2 are great. I am very happy with my experience there. They did not have four tires that I wanted in stock, but Alex 1 ordered them for the next day. They do offer free bottle water. Thank you for a great job. Goodyear tires are the best!

My experience at the Goodyear location at 635 American Legion Hwy, Roslindale, MA 02131 was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I had an 8:30 AM appointment to have a slow tire leak inspected. I arrived early at 8:15 AM and checked in. The agent at the front desk told me the service would take approximately 45 minutes to an hour, which seemed reasonable. However, two hours later, my vehicle had still not been looked at. Around 10:30 AM, after pacing around the waiting area out of frustration, one of the workers noticed me and asked what vehicle I had. When I told him, he replied that they were still waiting on it. I then asked, “So it hasn’t even been looked at yet?” He responded that a delivery truck was blocking my vehicle, and they were unsure how long it would take. I had seen the delivery truck arrive earlier, but no one informed me that it was blocking my car for hours, or that my vehicle had not even been moved into the service area yet. Since no one at the shop seemed to be addressing the situation, I had to take matters into my own hands. I went outside, walked to the back of the building, and personally asked the delivery driver if he could move his truck so my car could be accessed. He told me he needed a little time to finish unloading the back of his truck. The driver eventually moved his truck at around 11:10 AM, nearly three hours after my scheduled appointment time. A mechanic finally pulled my car into the service area at 11:20 AM and began working on it. The job itself only took about 30 minutes, and it was finished around 11:52 AM. Out of curiosity, I looked outside when I was leaving, and the delivery truck was still there, which made it even more frustrating knowing that the situation could have been handled much earlier. Overall, what made this experience so unsatisfying was not just the delay, but the lack of communication and lack of initiative from the staff. I was never informed about the issue with the delivery truck, nor did anyone attempt to resolve it until I personally intervened. For a customer who arrived early and had a scheduled appointment, waiting over three hours for a 30-minute job is unacceptable.

I had my tires replaced at the beginning of January and experienced two issues afterward. While I wish I hadn’t had any problems after getting new tires, I’m glad everything was taken care of. Nikko was always on time, friendly, and very responsive. He quickly accommodated service appointments and fixed both issues without hesitation. Overall, the customer service was great.
