DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! picked up my car 48 hours ago!! The sales man Talal GUARANTEED the car would pass inspection I paid $3800 for a car that I can’t get a sticker for cause there is a transmission problem!!! My phone calls are being ignored on the first ring and sent to voice mail that is full and not responding to my text messages….. they sold me a messed up car and not standing behind their business word of GUARANTEE!!! Car also need alignment tires my head lights don’t work and the car wouldn’t start this morning!!! Now I have to waste more time and money!!!

Service is really good very quick to assist and polite doing so. I went in for a state inspection on my car. The fastest inspection I’ve ever had. It was cheaper than I’d originally expected too. Absolutely will be going here for all future issues.

The owner is not very friendly. I was having a problem with my brake caliper. I also had a belt replaced. The car is loud and overheating. He said in order to fix it I had no choice but to get new brakes and rotors. I received my car back with the same problem to the caliper. I asked him to check my car again and he did not. He called me 2 hours later to pick my car up and said there was nothing wrong. I again called and complained about my break caliper and I told I don’t feel safe driving. He told me to take my car somewhere else. I took my car to another mechanic to find that the caliper was defective and that ilI also had a broken axle. This guy may be nice and good to people of choice. I spent $350 for brakes and rotors. I didn’t need them. I needed a good mechanic to look at my car and fix the problem. By the way he gave a passed inspection sticker for my car. The car should never have passed inspection. This is a warning to anyone intending on getting work done there.

I was having issues with my car battery that other places had misdiagnosed multiple times. I brought my car here and felt like I was actually listened to. The problem was identified and fixed less than a day later. I appreciated how kind everyone I dealt with was and will definitely be coming back for car maintenance in the future. I will never go back to this mechanic! He damaged my oil pan beyond repair during an oil change (stripping the bolt and hammering it in an effort to remove it), which then cost me over $500 in parts and labor to be replaced by a reputable mechanic, who discovered the damage on my next oil change. I went in to G & S to talk to the owner about the situation and he told me there was nothing her could do because I had no proof he was responsible. I have had no work done on the car since the last oil change and I've never had any work done on the oil pan. It is very clear this happened when he did the previous oil change.

I came here for both of my vehicle safety inspections. I was in and out in probably 10 minutes. They are so fast, which is very appreciated when I have my toddler in tow. I’ve now been here for every safety inspection I’ve gotten over the last 5 years. Highly recommend for quick service!

Purchased a car about 5 months ago was told everything was in good working condition. After driving the car for a few days started having problem. Bottom line we had to put new brakes, wheel alignment, shocks, oil change and more. Bigger problem with the car it's going to cost more money to fix that's not worth the headache of keeping the car. just found out we paid more than what the car is worth.

Wow what a great shop! I just found this place while far from home and thank God I did! After my alternator blew, not only did they fix my car same day but they are fair, honest and priced so perfectly that a couple days later I came back to have my loud exhaust serviced, replace my windshield and get inspection sticker and I was actually able to easily afford this all stress free… Priceless! I live an hour away but I know where I will bring my car for absolutely everything and anything from now on! Thank you G&M!!!

do NOT purchase a car from g&s auto. They purposely sell cars that are over a specific mileage so that when the thing falls apart on you a week after buying it you cant even use the lemon law to get your money back. They are total crooks and sold me a car with 129,000 miles on it that literally fell apart piece by piece after i drove it off the lot. They did not tell me that the car was junk, instead made it seem like i got lucky finding this specific car. They. Are. The. Worst.!!!!!

regret ever buying a car from this place. I purchased a used car here in August for my son, and it’s been a complete nightmare ever since. Problem after problem started almost immediately. By October—just two months later—the car was completely dead in our driveway. The cost to fix it is more than the car’s even worth. To make matters worse, the floor of the car is now filled with water because the rearview mirror was apparently glued on when we bought it, and now it’s leaking. It’s clear that any “repairs” they did before selling it were just temporary fixes to push the sale through. They threw in a “free inspection” when we bought the car, and now I understand why—no one else would have passed this car. As a single mom buying a used car for the first time, I trusted them and truly thought I was making a smart decision. I was wrong. This was an expensive lesson learned, and I hope others can avoid going through what I did.

So incredibly thankful to have this place recommended by a close friend. We drive 30-45 minutes (in Boston traffic) to have all of our repairs done here because they are honest, hard-working, and have great prices. When diagnostics at Auto Zone said we had a bad alternator (that would have cost us at least a thousand with parts and labor), they took the time to diagnose it correctly AND were honest that it was just a battery when they could have made SOOO much more money. After 3 different jobs on our family's fleet of vehicles, we couldn't be more satisfied. Sam, Talal, and the rest of the team are fantastic.

Went to get my sticker done and I was told the tint of the window was a little bit darker then normal BUT he would do it for $85 though. This was not the owner it was a younger guy trying to make extra cash for himself. My husband would always take the cars there with no problem at all for years but as soon as they saw a female they thought they get smarter. I said "oh yeah that's how it works"? and left!! I went down the street with no problem and got the sticker done with in 10 minutes. I would have reported them to higher level ups but the owner has always been nice to my husband and I don't want any troubles for him. I hope things change the way they treat females especially now when the owner sees all these reviews on how they treat & disrespect women. All females gave them 1 star while the males gave them 4 stars what does that tell you right there and then!! RUDE!!!!
