Bought a used car from this guy. Took it back within the first two weeks telling him there were problems. He said there were none. Took it for inspection sticker, they told me there was an exhaust leak. He charged me $100 to fix it. Took it back 2 months later said there was a transmossion problem, again he said there was nothing wrong. Took it back a third time, he told me it was my driving. Finally took the car to someone else who told me the problem is a CVT tranmission in my vehicle which is a known problem with my car that cannot be repaired, but can be replaced for a lot of money. :(

Ricky is the BEST car doctor in Boston! He has kept my 2007 Honda running for 3 years now. My car may be almost 20 years old but I have a Honda. So once a year when something goes- Ricky makes sure to replace it and he's so kind and so reasonable. Last year I needed my car immediately to drive to New York as my 65 year old father had a stroke. Ricky had my car when I got the call. I called him hysterical and he stayed at his shop late that night to make sure my car was a priority. He texted me and said your car is ready and the keys are in it. Go see your father and pay me when you get back. He is a literal earth angel and he saved me in that moment. Thank you so much Ricky for everything you've done. I'II see you next week because I'll be dropping her off for her yearly check up!
