If there was a 0 star I would . I bought 2 trucks and do not run good they said on this second truck it ran good but it did not and I was on my first truck it been in the shop like 12 times and they said here is another truck but they said but they wouldn't fix this one when I bought it it did not smoke and when I trade it in then it did on the way home.

I'm a bit late in posting a review, but I feel it should be shared. Bros Auto is owned and ran by two very kind, caring and amazing people. We bought my daughter's first car (2001Toyota Camry)there and 3+ years later it is still going strong. Then about 2 years ago we had his repair shop repair my other daughter's 1999 Cavalier with a blown head gasket and replace the timing set on my 2006 Cadillac CTS. They did an excellent job and have very fair pricing. I will continue to use them, probably very soon since I have 4 boys between 13 and 16 years old 😟😅. Would recommend this business to anyone looking for a quality used car or repair service.

Absolutely love them, I recently purchased a 2009 dodge journey from these guys and the water pump went out. They were very nice and perfesonal with me. Was very quick to assess the veichle and had it fixed within a week. They also fixed a few other problems on it at no cost to me. I came to look at a specific car, and I took it home. All in about 30 minute's time. How's that for an easy experience? Fairest price in town. Friendly people. Total transparency. No pressure. They still treat cash buyers with respect -- Alot of the other lots I went to only wanted to talk to you if you were financing. I didnt look at any other cars so really can't judge the lot, but mine was an absolute peach! Not a scratch, not a dent, clean as a whistle with new car smell intact. Do yourself a favor and stop by if you are in the market.

I actually want to thank these clowns for being lazy, incompetent hacks. Stopped by to look at a 2018 Civic about a month ago and was all on board with getting it until I looked underneath. Big old wet oily mess on the underside of the engine. I was like hold on, something ain't right here! Pointed it out, got the old "probably the oil pan gasket" or the "valve cover gasket". Mind you, damn thing had a branded title. 🤣 Tried so hard to sell me on it without addressing it. Finally, he was like, "we have a shop out back. We'll put it up on the rack and look at it. " I told him that I would be good with buying it if they addressed it. Said they'd call me. Yeah, it's been a month now. 🤣 Instead of making a huge mistake, I now drive a '23 Civic Sport with a whole bunch of extended warranty left. This is just a truth bomb for anyone considering getting something from their lot. Be very cautious and look it over VERY WELL.
