Went through the automated car wash pulled out parked to check how they did and there was still alot of dirt on the bottom side skirts and back bumper of my car literally a waste of 14 dollars go somewhere else

Went there for a simple wash got home looked at the car several huge scratches all over the car in the whole car is covered in swirl marks please do not go there the system is so old I believe it just put sand on to your car

The attendant obviously knew the person in front of me and engaged with him in a conversation for approximately 5 to 10 minutes as I sat behind him. I backed up and went to another car wash. If you don’t like your job quit!!!!

This place is really good starting price will be 3.00 to start washing it on your own and vacuum is 1.25 i will put picture up. They also have a carwash on the side you can use 7.00.

$3.25 it gave me 3 minutes. I had to pay twice because the first time didn’t register and on the second try half of the quarters didn’t register again (25+ quarters gone). Pre soak didn’t work neither did wash. Foam brush not working. Only rinse worked. Massive pot holes in the entrance and exit.

Both change machines were out of order so we couldn't do the self-serve like we intended. Ended up going through the auto wash, hectic and pretty sure the brushes scratched the paint all over the front of the car. Would not recommend this place.

Trash car wash. Used the self service lane. The tire wash function didn’t work at all. The trigger in the wash wand is broken so it just sprays all the time. The foaming brush worked just fine but when it came time to rinse I kept going over the same spot again and again because it turns out it’s spraying soap with the water. While I didn’t check it seems the timer counts fast too. Ended up spending 9 bucks on a “3 dollar wash” only for it to not end up very clean or well rinsed. Will not be going back.

I’ve used this car wash multiple times now (my mistake), but I usually like to give things a second (sometimes 5th) chance. There self service bays are frustratingly overpriced considered you do all the work yourself, but worse more is that when you’re done the vehicle is still dirty…the soap and brush are awful at removing even the mildest dirt / road grime / bugs. So after all of your expense and time your vehicle is disappointing. Avoid

My boyfriend and i came here to wash and vacuum our cars. The money you put in does not really give you enough time to fully clean your car so i let my boyfriend clean it. While i was standing there i noticed glass everywhere, i couldn't pull my car out i reversed out because I was afraid of getting a flat tire. My boyfriend goes up to the guy who works there and kindly let him know. He hands him a broom and dust pan and tells him if it brothers him so much to clean it up himself. That is horrible customer service. I was so upset we didn't even vacuum the cars because i will no longer spend money here and ill be sure to let others know not to come here.

I give it 2 stars because the self wash was open at 12 AM and it was well lit. Other than that, I will not use this wash again!! As others stated, the 4 mins you get for $3.25 is not worth it! It took $11.00 to actually get thru all of the wash instructions and afterwards, the results were mediocre AT BEST! To top it off, I paid an extra $1 for a "Jumbo Towel" and it was basically 2 paper towels put together that dried absolutely nothing!!! This could really be a nice place 4 self wash but it needs a major upgrade! 4 Brothers, you guys make enough money there to offer a better product!

We took our fire explorer for a car wash paid $15 to wash the car. The man that we paid to go through the thing was so rude because we had automatic wipers and it obviously took us a second to figure out how to turn them off because the car was a family members car. and we left got home the car looks like it was never washed the front end was not cleaned the back end of the car still covered in dirt. I had the worst experience here and will NOT return. I’ll got to the new one they are building down the street.

This place is horrible. $3.45 to start…. Comes down to $1 a minute. The place only accepts quarters no cash or credit cards. The machine that gives you quarters only takes $1 and $5. Over priced car wash in the first place then every time I go there is no soap and no one working there to ask. You end up paying $8 for water. Unbelievable.

This place is trash, plain and simple. I agree with the folks who say it's challenging to actually wash your car in the time given, and the timer never even hesitates so as your pumping more quarters in to add time, you lose 8-10 seconds each time you have to put more change in. That, and the equipment is barely functional. Several settings didn't work at all (tire wash, presoak) and the soap brush was barely spitting any soap out. If they're gonna rip you off on pricing, at least make sure the equipment works. All supplies had a "sold out" sign on them with a note to see the non existent attendant. Parking lot is full of pot holes, including where you pull into the bay, so watch out for tire damage. Place used to be decent, now I'd warn people to stay away. Garbage business with owners that apparently don't care.

It's sad how this place went from good to bad. Now everything doesn't work, no soap in the brushes, your only paying to water the car, crazy!. The majority of the vacuums outside went from good to bad and not working now. Huge Pot holes on the entrance, so be careful with your sport cars. I feel so bad because this was my favorite place before, I love washing my car on my own. I don't like paying people to wash it for me, because they never do a good job. Looks like the owners don't care much anymore in fixing it or renovating it since they are opening a brand new Car Wash a block away and that's not going to be self hand wash. :( now I have to drive 20min to self wash it myself or pay someone to wash it by hand and not do a good job. Unbelievable!

Great self-service car wash services! They have a vacuum, carpet wash and water/brush for contactless scratch-free exterior washing. The only downside is that if you don't have quarters - the machine that gives out change accepts only 1$ and 5$ bills, so stack up before going there.
