Place is horrible. Charged an insane of money for something done inn10 min and the problem is there. Do not go. I don't recommend. Take your vehicle somewhere else.

It is a mechanic which is professional, good price and best customer service in that area. If you do not want to go to mechanic again for same reason, you have to go there. Because they always give a quarantee what they are doing.

Boyfriend had worse experience with this shop repairing his car...Owner yelled at him & Lied to his face & Couldn't produce receipt for the repairs done when asked.. Said the car was "repaired" but same lights on. Do yourself a favor and get it done at a reputable shop NOT HERE.

I had my car repaired at West End Auto. A few months later the part that they fixed fell right off my car! When I went back, they said "no problem" and ordered a new part. After the owner put the new part on the car, he told me I had to pay for it. He was already paid before, and if he had fixed it right the first time, it wouldn't have fallen off. He told me if I didn't pay for it on the spot he would rip it right off my car!! I had to pay him for a bad job! He had a hostile attitude too. Then two weeks later the part was gone again! Either it fell off again or he stole it back. I will never, ever go back there again!

I have been getting all my cars repaired here for past few years. They are very professional and do a good job. Very reasonable and honest people I recommend them to all my family and friends. They are very clear and upfront with any costs involved so no surprises that what I love about coming here. Other places like Firestone etc don't care they just want to quote you the highest prices and take advantage of customers that's why I would never get any repairs done at Firestone.

Thank you to Omar and staff! Excellent service and very responsive. I purchased four new tires through West End Auto and one was defective (manufacturer error). They immediately replaced the tire as soon as I shared there was a defect. I was happily surprised given that they were special order tires. No question I would recommend this auto shop and will be using them in the future.

I was having an issue with my car and the acceleration. I did show up without an appointment but there were no other customers and I had to wait 1-2 hours for the main mechanic to even show up to finally look at my car for 20 minutes max. They told were not able to find anything wrong with the car and the acceleration besides an air-intake boot/airflow boot that needed tightening. There was no clear explanation of whether that issue was actually related to my acceleration problem — and unfortunately, the original problem was not fixed and they proceeded to charge me $50. I ended up getting it fixed with another mechanic. I understand that shops need to charge for their time and diagnostic work, and I respect that. However, I would have appreciated being told upfront that there would be a fee before any work was done or if it were explained why I was being charged. I've gone to other mechanics on several oocasions with an issue that they were not able to find where they also checked out the car for 10 mins or so and didn't get charged. I’m not upset about paying for their time; I just feel communication could have been much better, especially when the repair I didnt ask for didn’t resolve the issue and I was there for 2+ hours. Clear upfront pricing and explanation would have made the experience much better. I would not go back there again because I did leave feeling slightly taken advantage of.
