I recently had a car accident and my insurance recommended this shop. I was skeptical at first. But they did a good job. Phil was very helpful. I can say the process was smooth. I dropped off my truck, and they did estimate and worked everything out with my insurance, and left my truck looking original. Plus, I have a warranty on the repairs as long as I own my truck.

While I received good service in regards to friendly staff and getting my vehicle repaired, I strongly advise anyone looking to come here to remove ALL OF YOUR VALUABLES BEFORE dropping off your vehicle or else they will get stolen. Unfortunately, I didn't think much of it and left some of my things in my car while it was being worked on only to pick up my car with missing valuables. For reference, I dropped off my car with four stuffed animals in my backseat only to come back a week later to just two stuffed animals. Upon asking, I was told that they were "unfortunately misplaced." Regardless of the fact that it was simply two stuffed animals, I received both as gifts from family members and didn't appreciate that they went missing because if they needed to be moved temporarily to fix my car, they could've just placed the stuffed animals SOMEWHERE STILL WITHIN THE CAR. I don't understand how two were "misplaced," yet the other two stayed in their exact spot in my car from when I dropped it off. I don't appreciate places who aren't honest with their business and I most definitely don't believe that they were "misplaced" at all. In fact, I strongly believe they were stolen by someone who worked on my car. Regardless of the fact that it was simply two stuffed animals, the mere principle that employees think it's okay to just steal something they see in someone's car tells me all I need to know about the business. Thus, for anyone looking to come here, I strongly advise you to remove ANY AND ALL valuables from your vehicle before dropping it off.
