The wash machines wouldn't take quarters I usually bring, so had to use my debit card. The scrub brush hose was too short to reach over my SUV to reach my wheels on one side, so I had to turn my SUV around and ran out of time!!! I left to use my quarters at another car washes vacuums. Never coming back!

It had been awhile since using this brownbear but i was disappointed that they had removed a lot of the wash options you can select. (Edit) maybe i was mistaken i thought they used to have engine degreaser, and triple foam options at this location..

they don't take cash for any of their services anymore. I really don't like that. I resist that. so, that's ok I went to general car wash and it was exactly what I wanted in a car wash. sorry brown bear, but you really disappointed me

Not bad for a public carwash however could use new equipment at the do it yourself booths the brushes are so bad they make your car dirtier than before you started. The full service side always has great help and friendly service

I love this place. Hard to find a place to wash your own car these days and my oversized f550 fits right in!

Aloha has better vacuums unless you go to a location with the “turbo” vacuums that cost more. But other than that I wash my car at least weekly here by hand. The automated is really good too.

NOT 24 HOURS AS LISTED!! Nice people working there when they are open but tore pieces off my car. Its a "Beat your car to Death" kind of place and it even missed tons of spots on my little honda car.

Bent my front plate all the way back and scratched up the sides and hood of my car. Just go to General Car Wash, unless you want your car damaged. Update: I reached out like they asked and received no answer.

Great carwash. BUT sometimes the bums and homeless people come from that church or whatever that homeless place they all congregate and harass you and ask for change. Not ALL the time they're there but if you want to avoid them if at ALL just don't go there at night unless there are other's there washing their cars.

I gave only 3 stars because, the way it's set up. Vacuumed station pull forward wash your car. Pull forward vacuume station. You can't leave until the front person leaves the vacuum station. They don't offer drying towels, towels to wash windows. Other then that it was ok.

This used to be our favorite car wash. We have been going there for quite a long time. We always use the self serve side and before recently had never had any problems. My husband can be like a Tasmania devil in a vehicle, even the back of the pick up is not safe from him.... Knowing this w know it generally will take at least an hour, maybe 90 min to clean the inside and back of the pick up so we generally go late, 1-3am so we don't create an issue with people waiting for us to use the facility. The last 2 Or 3 times however a hired security guard comes from no where and rudely tells us we need to be on our way despite no one waiting. One went so far as to say literally, "You cannot clean your vehicle out here, do that at home". Can't clean out my vehicle at the car wash? Ludacris, really!!! I've never had a poblem with the people there at this late night hour, nor the police, but due to hired security we will not be returning. Happy to give my business to the General Brushless!

A nice car wash but could use a little more time to start. The auto wash had busted the rear wiper arm on my Denali. That was not a cheap repair. I only hand wash after that. Plus the auto wash puts heavy swirls in the finish. A hand wash and wax is the only way to go if you value your car and desire a very rich shine.

This location is my regular one. They are always around close by to help when you have an issue. The tunnel wash is really good at getting all thr dirt off. They supply towels so you can wipe down any water still dripping, and ur windows. The vacuums are powerful to get most of the dirt out of tour carpets and floor mats. I wish they had some sort if shampoo machine there then it would be the bomb, one stop shop for my car cleaning needs. Keep it up Brown Bear!!!!

"Closes at 8pm" means closes at 7:30, apparently. Please update hours to be accurate

It's both a tunnel car wash and a DIY wash, which is nice. 3 star may be kinda lowball, but I did the tunnel this time and spent forever wiping it down after and seeing all the residual dirt. I bought the "Berry Best" $17.99 package and was then prompted for an upsell, which I declined. The tunnel rarely satisfies, truthfully. But it was cold outside, so I opted to stay dry. I overpaid for the inferior result. If I was reviewing the DIY bays only, they'd get another star.

Edited review. :( It is now $1 a minute to wash your own car. $13 for me now. I won't be returning untill something changes. Outrageous. Seriously the best car wash place in town. I go thru twice every time and usually get the monthly club price for a good deal. Friendly people always working. Everything is clean and brightly lit.

Yesterday, I drove to the self-serve wash and waited behind a blue BMW. Once they left, I got out to relocate a hose, got into my car which was idling and began to drive into the bay. To my surprise, a car came from the wrong side and "stole" the bay I was entering! I spoke to the young rotund man who rudely replied "I guess you'll just have to wait". I asked him if he worked at the Bear Wash to which he happily responded yes, and gave me his name Nate - not so great! I spoke to the assistant manager onsite whose only course of action was to suggest I come back next week when he can give me a free wash. This level of uncourteous behavior from an employee, who was neither chastized nor summarily fired shows how low our societal standards have fallen. I have been using this wash once a week for over a year - but until Nate the snake is fired, I will not return!
