The car wash is great, but the free vacuum is useless if people are allowed to park at a vacuum station while they detail their car. PLEASE ask them to vacuum and dry/detail elsewhere so others can use the added free service. Thanks!

Waste of 40 bucks. Nothing is fully clean. They don't brush your vehicle before you head in. The tire shine doesn't even spray out far enough to hit your tires. I have streaks everywhere of dirt. I now have to hand wash it at home. Never again!

The self hand wash station is horrible. It left a thick layer of film after rinsing and drying on our new truck. Now we have to go wash it again to get the residue off somewhere else. Would not recommend their self hand wash in the future.

I do the monthly club and wash when ever I want. Just wash 2 times a month and it pays for itself. Plus the vacuum is free with a paid carwash

I have gone here every other week getting the highest service you can for YEARS never had a problem, absolutely loved it here because of how nice everyone is and how fast the service is. Today they turned me away because my 4Runner has a ladder. This was never an issue, I understand the liability every time I go in. But to completely take away the use of the car wash is absurd. I was dumbfounded that I was turned away and told I had to leave, having me back out of line. Poor customer service/management brown bear

Expensive, but being able to use the free towels to dry and clean makes up for it! They have removed the gas pumps. I have taken my cars there for years and have always been happy with the results.

I live in an area with lots of good automatic washes and was visiting so I needed to wash the car I was borrowing. The wash itself was ok, not great. No high pressure pre wash that my local ones have. The vacuums sucked. They’re right at the exit so if they’re full, you can’t wait because you have cars exiting behind you. I got lucky and a car was leaving but the car behind me was told to move because no open spots were available. The suction sucked, it barely picked up sand and crumbs from the rubber floor mats. I definitely wouldn’t buy a membership here if I lived here.

Have had a ford bronco and a Nissan Sentra damaged at this brown bear, and the manager Justin Fischer is condescending and dishonest. Would not give me any information at all when I requested information and pretended he had no notes to give me for insurance, when paperwork had been provided for the bronco incident at time of incident. A great example of someone getting in their dose of misogyny wherever they can just because they’re talking to a young woman.

Can't even vacuum my car after a car wash. Reply..... If you looked at the pictures, you would know why I could not vacuum my car. The entire place was overflowing with garbage. The alley ( not pictured) was filled with trash that the wind had blown away. I'm willing to pay but, I'm not going to sift through trash to reach the vacuum hose.

Brown Bear Car Wash is a consistently high quality experience. At this location, I found the vacuums to be nicely spaced out so that cars aren't on top of one another. Across the street from where you vacuum is the most amazing mural depicting an Aztec warrior wielding an obsidian weapon, regarding an amazing pyramid. See the photos but it's worth seeing it in person.

I went through the car wash and my car still came out dirty. The basic service used to be great, but I swear they made it worse to push people into buying the higher tier washes. It seems like they use less water or a lower water pressure for the basic wash now. They also jacked up the prices in 2025 and now the value simply isn't there. I ended up going to a self wash about a mile south that offers high pressure and soap and I got everything actually clean for $6. I'll probably just skip the trouble and go there next time. It's unfortunate because the basic wash used to be great, but now this company is trying to squeeze their customers just like everywhere else these days. That might work in the short term, but it's gonna catch up down the road.

It really depends on who is there when you go. The older staff are rude and short with you. ***Beware low profile tires***They will let your tires/rims clip the guide rails. If you ask a question or try to let them know about the wash malfunctioning they act like you're a jerk for saying anything. Today they held up the wrong side of the sign while trying to flag me in and making faces at me as if I'm dumb for not following broken directions. Never had a problem with the younger guys there. I'd have to assume the guy is a manager but his age and with how little he seems to care about what he's doing. Acts like he doesn't want the job. The customer service is not worth a $47/month subscription. I canceled my membership before writing this.

*UPDATE* Brown Bear car Wash Everett is by far the best brown bear in their organization. This store is run by a gentleman named Shane and has had the majority same staff for at least 5 years. I love seeing the same faces every time I go and I'm greeted warmly each visit. I have been coming to this facility since it opened and have had every vehicle I've owned washed here. The car wash washes about 98% of each vehicle I've brought through which is 5% better than others in the area namely the one in Marysville and Lake Stevens, no names🫣. Shane and his crew are the best and I highly recommend this facility for pressure washing, self washing and their automatic car wash. They also got rid of the white towels that left White Fiber all over dark colored vehicles and replace them with custom microfiber towels. This is my go-to car wash and I wash my vehicles rain or shine and see these guys at least once a week. Again, highly recommend this facility and their staff. Thanks team! UPDATE IS VACUUMS ARE NOW FREE!!!!!🦾
