F NWD Off-road and Performance! Do NOT take your Vehicle to these guys. I’ll try to make it short bc otherwise this’d be a book with all the details of what happened. If I only I could give Zero stars! Extremely poor quality and service. Ethan (The Owner) is a lil pansy (I’d definitely use harsher words but trying not to swear on here) who runs and hides instead of stepping up to rectify and take ownership of the faulty work and harmful information he and his mechanics gave and said they did, but clearly did not. Even after going back several times bc my vehicle was still coding and yet continually being told it was still fine to drive. They’ll actually end up costing you 10x what you initially paid having to take it somewhere else bc they ultimately caused even more extensive damage and problems from their lack of knowledge, poor workmanship and misinformation.

If you want a shop that cares and really wants to fix problems I highly recommend this shop. We made the mistake of taking it to a different shop and after spending thousands we got back a truck that was dangerous to drive with a death wobble. These guys made it right. Thanks so much NWD

Thank you to Matt and the team at NWD Offroad for installing my lift. We ran into some unexpected repairs while installing a custom lift on my 3rd gen 4 Runner. They were able to get the parts fast, and complete the installation. The ride is so much more smooth with the new shocks. Even adjusted the coils to give a proper rake so the stance looks great
