I needed a rock chip repair done for my windshield. Stopped at 2 or 3 other places that were too busy to even talk to me. Called this shop and got right in. Repair was reasonable price and they had chip sealed in 15 minutes. Highly recommend them if you need a chip in your windshield sealed.

These guys are the best! I’ve been trying to get my broken windshield fixed for 10 months, so many times giving Safelite the benefit of the doubt but finally decided to try someone else. I’m so glad I did! This shop had my windshield changed out in less than 2 days! Since Safelight lost the mounting brackets to hold casing for the rear view cables, they had to order parts and will have that fixed within a week! I will not go anywhere else for window repairs, they are fast & no nonsense whatsoever! I would give them 10 stars if I could, highly recommend!

I should've left this review a long time ago when they replaced my window, and regulator. I took my car in there with no passenger window, glass everywhere, and a replacement I bought from eBay. They couldn't do it that day because they had to order the regulator that I broke... So they actually put plastic on my window so I didn't drive it home like a fool with a no window, like how I brought it to them. Now I have a perfect window that goes up and down faster than the rest. I'm sorry it took so long to write this review, but I just realized I never did, because I'm making plans to take my Mom's car in to them... I owe all the guys here a pizza or something at the very least. Highly, highly recommended!

They replaced my windshield and were very friendly but missed replacing the wipers which is something I would think you would do when replacing a cracked windshield. Instead of insurance paying for them, I got to pay $66 out of pocket.

Just picked my car up, windshield appears to be fine but it's not centered gap side to side is awful and would not pass gap/flush specs of the vehicle. Found a bunch of sticky residue on the passengers outside A-Pilar, they also left a white mess all over the A-pillars and dashboard inside the vehicle which they are black and is very noticeable so not sure why they didnt clean there mess up and left me to do it. Also I had to call to verify if my vehicle was done never received a call saying it was completed. Would of gave a 1 star but the customer service while there was good at least.

Amazing experience! Called a few different shops and it was clear after the first call with Rick that this shop was precise, kind, and quick. I had my windshield replaced at their store in less than two hours and the price was at least 10% less than other shops I called. This business is outstanding!!! A rock hit my windshield and I had Crack about a foot long. My husband called Alderwood Auto Glass in Marysville at 9:00 in the morning. Ins sent referral was sent , new windshield ordered. We had a 2:00 appointment, arrived about 20 minutes early. .They got the car right in!!!!! We drove out a hour later!!! Wonderful friendly knowledgeable staff!!!!!! I highly recommend!!!

This auto glass shop was recommended to me after a horrible experience with Safelite Auto trying to fix my back glass. Safelite ultimately ordered the wrong part without even looking at the car. After quoting me $374, tried to up charge me on an OEM part to $774. They never ordered the glass after I left the shop. I Called after the Christmas holiday to follow up and ultimately they forgot about me and didn’t call or even order parts. Took my car over to Alderwood Auto, within 30 min they had the correct glass on order and although it would take longer than two days for the glass to come from Portland due to the New Years Holiday, they gave me a quote and date and time on repairs. Great customer service! Highly recommend for USAA customers, as Safelite was the auto glass place recommended and now they have added Alderwood Auto Glass as a better location! Paid $590 plus tax on a better overall experience.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, which I appreciate. However, the technician’s professionalism was very disappointing. After replacing the front windshield, the interior of my car was left extremely dirty. There was dust everywhere, and small glass fragments were left on the floor and near the seats. This car is used daily to transport my child, and leaving glass shards inside the vehicle is a serious safety concern. It clearly shows a lack of proper protection and cleaning during the installation process. I came in for a repair, but ended up having to spend extra time cleaning the interior myself. Overall, the experience was very poor. I hope the business takes technician training and safety standards more seriously.
