Just wanted to take a second to say how much I appreciate Ray and Tim, They both went above and beyond to help me find both parts I needed. I explained I could not make it to the Lynnwood location and they got everything I needed delivered. All while being very respectful and explaining the return policy. I will always come to autozone from here on out. Thank u again Ray and Tim u guys took alot of stress out of my day.

This review is based soley on this location and bad management. I get TONS of parts for both work and personal vehicles from them. Manager Pete S. at the State street location was very rude to both my daughter picking up parts and I over the phone. Repeating over and over that the parts should have been on hold under a different name when his employee was the one who told us to pick them up under my daughters name. Then mumbling under his breath and cussing out loud to her. Poor performance and terrible customer service. If you continously work with people try to be a better person. Just frustrating dealing with people like this...

The Ashtray-Scented Auto Parts Whisperer Walked into AutoZone, and the first thing that hits me is the smell of cigarettes—like someone had been chain-smoking since the 80s. Sure enough, I get to the counter and there’s this skinny old dude, missing more teeth than a haunted house skeleton, smelling like an ashtray that’s been set on fire. At first glance, you might think this guy has no idea where he is, let alone what part I need for my car. But let me tell you, this man knew his stuff. I give a half-baked description of the noise my car’s making—something like, “It’s kinda a clunk, but also a squeal, with a bit of a rattle.” He barely blinks and goes, “You need a new serpentine belt.” Before I can even ask how he knows, he shuffles off to the back, rummages around for like 30 seconds, and comes back with the exact part. If you want no-nonsense, right-to-the-point service from a guy who smells like he lives off cigarettes and motor oil, this is your dude.

I visited to pick up some speakers that were said to be in stock online. I arrived and was greeted by what seemed to be a new employee. I asked about the part I needed after not finding it on the shelf. He seemed a bit overwhelmed with my question about inventory. I asked if the item was possibly on the shelf behind the counter somewhere because it was listed as in stock. He looked at the computer and also noted that it showed one in stock. He said that I needed to look on the shelf which I explained I already had done. I asked him to check the stock and back and he seemed not sure of what to do and had to ask a coworker to help him. A less than helpful co-worker had him check the back and they could not find the part. They simply may have not had the part in stock but it's not leave their feeling confident that they had looked thoroughly for the part to ensure that I wasn't going to have to travel somewhere else. I ended up going to the Marysville location which also said they had it in stock and looked on the shelf and it was not there. However the employee there seemed much more confident and looked in the back and was able to find the part for me.

1 very lazy 28 year old employee and one overworked but agile older gentleman working when I went in. The lazy one swore at the phone ringing, but didn’t attempt to answer it, though he wasn’t helping any customers, or the other employee. So lazy in fact 3 customers walked out while I was there after waiting in line for 10 minutes.

Ray K was absolutely amazing. A quick simple battery change turned into an absolute nightmare. My battery terminal had corroded to the point it needed to be replaced. Should've been another simple fix but we couldn't find the part that we needed and the Auto Zone website kept giving us the wrong parts. Ray went waaaay out of his way to check our car, get us what we needed, even had to use his strength to unscrew the corroded connections. All in all, a terrible experience was made as easy as possible.

I liked the fact the staff greets you when you walk in. They offer assistance without having to ask! I also appreciated the fact they don't make you feel dumb if you ask a question. I highly recommend this AutoZone parts store!

I called Arlington autozone about spark plug tube seals and was told they have them on state ave. So i called to make sure they had them but when i called the guy that picked up had no idea what he was talking about. At first he tried selling me coil packs. I said i needed spark plug tube seals not coil packs. He told me he had no idea what a spark plug tube seal was and that they didnt have any. After that he tried to tell me that a grommet and the spark plug tube seals are the same thing which they are not. Any other autozone has somewhat decent knowledge about what goes into a car but obviously not this one.

I need to obtain batteries for my entire families car key fobs. As I was walking in I ran into the sales associate (I’m sorry I don’t remember his name) and he greeted me with genuine enthusiasm. As we walked inside I ask him for help and he gave me the necessary products. As a salesperson, I respect the attempt to connect with a customer, ask questions, and find a solution (and the upsell) in which he did. My family has had amazing experiences coming to this Autozone location I MARYSVILLE, WA. They continue to provide great service and are genuinely trying to make their customers happy.

Was having car trouble so instead of driving home and taking the chan̈ce the car would have issues starting and Id be stuck, I pulled into Autozone on state and sat there in the early morning hours for about 1.5 hours until they opened. During my wait I fell asleep in my car. I woke up to a police officer knocking on my window. Amusing the officer, I joked about how early it was and to come by later, he smiled and then stated what made me give this place 1 star. He said the CSR inside had knocked on my window and asked me to leave the property because I had been sleeping there ALL NIGHT. I LAUGHED and informed the officer that was not at all what happened and they hadnt spoken with me that was incorrect and no one from inside had made contact or I would have already purchased the item I needed there and been on my way. The officer proceeded to check around my vehicle and offered me a good day as he left me. When I entered the store the older gentleman who was usually manning the register ducked into the back and the younger African American guy helped me. I leveled with him and told him what Id just had happen and he laughed and said "yeah it wasn't me." It's one thing to get someone help you think might need it. It's another to make up a story call the police on someone who's harmless and who you didn't even try to wake up. Wasting taxpayer dollars guys. Tried messaging the corporate office and got no response so leaving this here. I also dont think I looked that rough as a 5ft Hispanic female, so being stereotyped isn't cool either.

Closing time. I blasted in, said "headlights" to the guy already helping someone else, he said "you're heading in the right direction". DONE! 6 to 8 steps & I found what I was looking for. Wife entered, the same guy now ringing us out. I fiddled with the flashlight/extend-a-magnet/flexible grabber tool on display. He upsold us on that. Great tool idea! Wife told him she'd return as my B-day is coming up. Dude was Fast - Knowledgable - Efficient. + our part was in stock. F-FWD 1min..I install.. & wifes new car (Lexus) had a new working headlight to match.

First time at this location. Rockie was amazing, gave me the hard time I deserved (good natured with a laugh), and had me in and out of there within 5 minutes. She needs a raise for her excellent customer service! I appreciate her approach and help. I'll be back again and again to this location.
