The staff is amazing very knowledgeable and they always take the time to do things right and explain them as well on top of that it’s always fast and I’m never waiting for hours for service like every other jeep dealership in the area 10/10. I literally drive all the way from Philly to Lancaster just to get service because it’s worth it !!

I've leased 2 JGC from Brubaker. I had no issues with customer service at the time. They reached out to me prior to my current lease ending and offered to help me get into a new Jeep. But, when I let them know that I did not like the newer models and would be purchasing my current JGC, the customer service took a nose dive. I tried communicating over text like we had been doing already, but, instead of a cordial, helpful conversation, I got one sentence answers. So, I would ask a follow-up question, which resulted in fewer anwers, and sometimes just a one-word response. It was like pulling teeth. When we went into sign the paperwork, the back room is sketch at best, dirty and very uninviting. He was curt and impersonal and rushed us thought the paperwork. I literally just bought my Jeep from them and he could barely be bothered to assist me. Absolutely underwhelming. He did not provide me with any information as to where my loan was through or who even to contact about it. Truly deplorable treatment. The atmosphere in there is dark and a stale. There was zero customer service, no energy and it seems as if the salesmen are there simply to collect their paycheck and could not care less about selling a car to anyone. Buying a car should be exciting and kind of a big deal. This dealership could not care less if you purchase from them. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I bought a car here about 6 months ago and when I bought it I asked for a warranty and they wouldn’t give me one and then 2 weeks after I bought the car and they said they inspected it, it broke down on me with multiple problems and I had to pay to get it towed and I have to pay over 3,000 dollars out of pocket just to get it fixed. I just think it is absolutely ridiculous that I had to pay out of pocket to get a car fixed I just bought.

NEVER been so disrespected as a customer by a service adviser ( initials TB number 279 ) after PAYING Brubaker JEEP on 3/18/24 $542.89 (74,591 miles on vehicle) note labor rate $150 per HOUR and on 12/29/23 $1172.48 (miles on vehicle 73,813) note labor rate $135 per HOUR. Less than one thousand miles driven between services and less than ONE mile driven since vehicle returned on 3/18/24 and on 3/20/24 (down my driveway) after diagnostics performed on 3/18/24 the check gas cap comes on AGAIN which was the ORIGINAL issue in DECEMBER! AND can you imagine after pricing the work I come to realize I was severely overcharged! Price gouged as a matter of fact! And YES it WAS a competitive and comparable dealership! With this knowledge I questioned the service adviser (TB No. 279) very logical questions about warranties on services provided and equipment used and charges and was treated with such disrespect it was absolutely unnecessary! Comparing Jeep with Mercedes and mechanic work to a physician as the service provider (TB no. 279) alluded to in the discussion had no relevance to the discussion about the serviced vehicle . At that point knowing where the service advisers head was at and alluding to, I asked for the call to be escalated. However, the disrespect further pronounced itself with the service adviser's (TB No. 279) demand for me the customer to call back - meaning go waste more of your time "customer" as if wasting my money wasn't enough. Words of cautionary advice... I say buyer beware when purchasing a JEEP at Brubaker because you have the potential to be subjected to similar customer relations in the SERVICE department....and if you move to the area and have purchased a JEEP prior, kindly be aware of the customer relations in the SERVICE department at Brubaker JEEP and mechanic work at Brubaker JEEP since I am on my THIRD go around with similar issues. Considering scanning the reviews briefly from the past two years from the sales and service department at Brubaker JEEP it does not seem like the dealership will be winning any regional awards any time too soon. Please do yourself a favor and shop around for other JEEP dealerships or other vehicle brand name dealerships who will treat you honestly and with the respect you deserve for your driving investment and personal commitment ! I would not recommend this place service your car; on 10/25/2024, i brough my car for an oil change; there was coupon for 59.99 in their website; they did charge me the full price of service and refuse to apply the coupon; saying the coupon should presented at the arrival time not when picking up the car. This is a scam, Don't go there; I am not for sure. UPDATE, Brubaker did reach out to me on the same day and did apologize for the misunderstanding, the manager did offer to solve this issue. In the future, I hope they will be more clear with customers about their policies.

I had concerns about the oil PSI screen on my Pacifica hybrid/ electric and left a message asking for Brubaker's advice as to whether it is a concern. Dillon kindly called back and both put my mind to rest and took the time to explain how the PSI and the control panel screen work... (it is so "foreign" to me) The fact that I can call on Brubaker for advice on my Chrysler is priceless. I remain a loyal customer!

I bought here and would never do business with this dealership again. I purchased a vehicle and not three weeks later it’s not drivable. It’s been parked. I tried working with the sale person and the dealer with no success. I was sold a complete lemon. IF you are set on buying from them first take the vehicle to your own mechanic or the makers to be checked

Diagnosed my 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sahara electrical system issues,, which I feared was the vehicle computer. The warning lights and messages were going crazy. They tried some things, thought it was fixed, but realized prior to my pick up that issues were still happening. Reevaluated and corrected my problems. Their service department kept me informed the entire process with updates. The solution turned out to be simple and was covered by warranty . I definitely will use them again and not hesitate to recommend.

Brubaker service team was fantastic! I dropped the car off first thing in the morning with multiple warning lights on. within an hour I had a call explaining what was wrong with a thorough explanation and what was needed to fix it. They got the part and had the car completed in the same day. To give you perspective I had it another Jeep dealership (out of state) that had my car for 4 days and did not even look at it!!! This review shoutout is for the Parts Team here at Brubaker! I purchased a '25 Jeep Mojave X Gladiator and it didn't have a bedliner in it. I researched prices of spray in, bedmat, and a drop-in liner. I called the parts department and they had the Jeep branded drop-in in stock! 5 stars specifically to Eric and the service center. I've had 2 repairs needed on my jeep this year, and Eric Roda has helped me both times. I appreciate his transparency, wonderful communication, and patience. My repairs have been completed in a timely manner as well. Comparing to Jeep service I experienced in another part of state, Brubaker service WOWed me. We did interface with sales a little bit when we were considering a new vehicle purchase, and our experience there was a little lack luster. Feels like you're in a used car lot kind of atmosphere and not what you'd expect from a dealer atmosphere.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but felt compelled to do so after working with Eric Roda in the service department recently. Twice in the last month I needed to bring my vehicle in and Eric’s customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. He welcoming, friendly, transparent, and does everything in his power to get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible without compromising the quality of work done.
