I had a few dents to take care of before returning my leased Toyota Corolla to the dealership and since I knew Toyota would charge me an arm and a leg, i decided to shop around for places that could get the job done in about 2 days or less which was completely irresponsible and inconsiderate of me because I didn't realize body work requires the paint to dry to finish the process. Despite my lack of preparation, Bruce promised to have my car back in 2 days at noon and that is exactly when he was done with it. His wife Lisa and him were very friendly and helpful!! Very talkative and social people that seem genuine and honest right away! Bruce did a flawless job and blended the paint perfectly! I shopped around still after they gave me a quote and almost all the other nearby places gave me an equal or higher quote so I know his prices are fair and honest. I 100% recommend Bruce and his wife to anyone who needs body work done! :)

I came to this shop as a self-paying customer with minor damage to my rear bumper. Lisa & Bruce went above and beyond to save me money on my repairs. We had a little hiccup with not finding my paint color in the system due to my car being a European model, so Lisa & Bruce hired a paint-matching specialist to match my paint at no extra charge. They even washed my car for me. Needless to say, they did a fantastic job, and I am more than pleased with their prices and the work they did for me. I highly recommend Bruce's Auto Body to anyone looking for honest people, fair prices, and excellent work.

Had my vehicle hit by someone with no insurance a month after buying it. Thought it couldn't get any worse until I had it fixed here. After charging my insurance $7,000 and paying them my $1,000 deductible my vehicle was returned to me in worse shape than it was in after the accident. Charged for a fender bit repaired it with bondo, used a cheap Chinese bumper and drilled holes with massive screws in the bottom of it to hold it on because it doesn't fit properly. Hood was completely misaligned after bringing the car back twice, and all fitment and panel gaps were horrendously uneven. They also missed the suspension damage from the accident because the other driver hit my front passenger corner and wheel. Had my car 3+ months for the worst repair of ever seen. All I asked from them to make it right was a new factory bumper unpainted and Bruce declined. I had to take the car to another shop and pay out of pocket for basically every repair besides my hood to be redone. Bruce's Auto Body costed me over $10,000. As a young kid in my early 20s trying to start a business this nearly financially ruined me. It kills me that I bought myself a immaculate clean title clean carfax mercedes to reward myself for all my hard work and that it was treated like a $500 beater. I was completely taken advantage of and screwed. I at least learned a great life lesson. Edit: Bruce claims I'm never happy because the amount of reviews I've made. However if you look into my profile they're mostly positive. He Also did pay for a tow to the dealership because he bricked my car's security system while having it in his shop for 3 months and it had to go to the dealer. This shop needs to be shut down for their business practices. I has to sell that Mercedes after how badly they ruined it. Absolute disgrace of a business.

They answered the phone literally every time I called even if it was after hours when my vehicle was finished, I cannot even believe it looked great, and they even clean the inside of my car, which was a disaster area. Having a chronic health condition, means always doing what I need to do, to make sure my fiance will be okay if anything ever happened to me. One major component, of making sure she will be okay, is making her car last. Many people don't realize how important paint is to a car. Without paint, the car body will start to deteriorate. So, after making sure her car was pretty mechanically sound, I turned my attention to the car body. I tried reaching out to Honda for a paint donation. I got nowhere with Honda. I called more auto body places, than I can count on my fingers and toes, to see if they would work with my budget. I got nowhere with them. I experienced this while trying to get mechanical issues fixed as well. Well, just like the mechanical issues, it turned out to be strangers who were the most willing to help us. For some reason, it is strangers who often are the most generous and caring people there are. We had never met Lisa or Bruce, of Bruce's Auto Body Repair and Paint, but their response to our needs was like the response you would expect from those closest to you. Lisa assured me that, not only would she work with our budget, but that Bruce would not let a vehicle leave his shop without meeting his standards. This means, on a shoestring budget, they are treating us like we are family. Today we went to the shop to have our car visually inspected. Lisa is clearly very knowledgeable. She made sure we knew the car was in good hands. Then I met Bruce. Bruce told me not to worry. He said he would take care of the car body so that my fiance would be taken care of. The kindness, of Lisa and Bruce, instantly turned them from strangers into friends. We will let everyone know that this is a shop they can trust, this is a shop that cares about the quality of work they do, this is shop that will treat you more like family than people you've known for a lifetime, and this is a shop that is able to work with a budget. We are incredibly thankful to have met Lisa and Bruce. We have rated them a "5" and haven't even dropped our car off to be worked on yet. That's how confident we are based on the type of people they are. You should drive past every auto body shop there is, and only stop when you get to Bruce's Auto Body Repair and Paint, for paint, restoration, and collision needs. Attached are the "before" pictures of my fiance's car. I will add the "after" pictures when we get the car back.

Bruce and Lisa did a full restoration with tons of metal work on my 74 cuda. They put on new quarters a new roof new floors ...... basically rebuilt my entire mess of a car. They were honest and very upfront with the hours they put into the project. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did and through the process even gained two great friends.

Got my 2022 Camaro repaired by Bruce he did an amazing job repairing it. It was borderline totaled according to my insurance company Geico. Thank God I let them go through the estimates as they did not even have half of the stuff on it and we're trying to get me low quality parts. They made sure my vehicle was repaired properly..... They dealt with my insurance as soon as my claim was filed .... Will definitely use Bruce's in the future if needed

Was in an accident and used my State farm insurance for the first time in 35 yrs....was directed by State farm to go to there shop but wasn't impressed w the service I was receiving even getting an estimate... however I was referred to Bruce's Auto from my neighbor. So glad I chose them not only did they get my car looking better than it did before. They made sure everything was fixed and fixed properly. They had Enterprise pick me up at their door even left my rental there when my car was finished.....My Cadillac xt5 looks amazing I'm so glad I chose them.
