Price doesnt match quality of service charging double and when asked about labor rates and flat rate time prices they got upset and tried to justify thier price. never coming to this place again and will never recommend it to anyone

Got my alternator replaced and was given a 6 month warranty… I’ve been having problems with my alternator since I got my car back the battery doesn’t charge so at times I’m running on straight battery power and other times the alternator engages and charges my battery but the alternator charges on and off

SO INSANELY RUDE. DO NOT GO HERE. I called on one day asking if they did inspections. He said yes, gave me the hours, & hung up on me. I called the next morning to come by & was trying to figure out exactly where the shop is & the owner yelled at me that yes they did inspections, didn’t let me explain what I was asking & hung up on me the first two times. I called one more time & he screamed at me AGAIN when I explained I was calling to figure out where the shop was, & hung up again. Do not give them your money.

Went in for a quick inspection for my new car. Mechanic had visible oil stains on his clothing, and sat in my car. I asked him to at least put down a paper or plastic to cover the seat, and he said that his clothes weren't soiled, and that if I didn't like it, I should go somewhere else, so that's exactly what I did!

Was driving on Bruckner Blvd and I started hearing a strange sound from one of my wheels. Took it here and Hector told me that my lug nuts were loose. Easy simple fix, I was assuming the worst but he tighten the wheel and had me on my way.

Some of the mechanics they have here are not trained properly. I came in to get my power steering hose changed and the guy working on my car ended up damaging the link responsible for my car shifting and I ended up breaking down in the middle of a busy intersection. One of the owners, Mora thought this was funny and had a completely nonchalant attitude. He didn’t even apologize for the mechanics mistake. Terrible service. Definitely do not do business here.
