The staff at brothers are so helpful & friendly- and the car service is impeccable! My car got hit twice-once while parked and another time by an MTA bus. Both times my car received a substantial amount of damage and both times the my car came out of the shop looking like it was never touched!! They do fantastic work here. I even got a lift by the owner himself to the nearest Enterprise so I could pick up car rental. I would not go anywhere else with my car. Highly recommended!!

I think this business is a scam. I was told the owner died of Covid, then that they insurance didn’t send them a check. I confirmed with the insurance company that they had sent the check. They have taken three and a half weeks, provided no pictures of the damage or the repair. They then said they needed the full amount paid in cash. I was shunted around too two three or four people, all who had different stories.I was cursed at and threatened. Filling police charges right now.

Paul and his team did EXCELLENT work repairing my Fiat. He explained to me the damage caused by my front end collision, was able to provide a helpful and accurate estimate of the repairs that would be needed and completed the job as timely as possible. They were helpful in filing my claim and had a person touch to the service provided. You'll feel like you're in good hands if you bring your vehicle here, and I can honestly say that your vehicle will leave looking better than it had before the damage.

Had a great experience with Brothers. Was recommended here by Subaru to as I had micro specs of wet cement somehow splattered all over the side of my car. Within 24hrs they had wet sand blasted it all away. Car looks great! Friendly, timely and great service. Will definitely come back again if I ever need body shop work done.

My car was sent to this repair shop from Toyota after someone crashed my car months ago. The first time the car was repaired, it had to be sent back to the shop bc the body work was poorly done. The second time seemed great. After a few weeks I noticed the bumper was popping out. I called the shop and explained what was happening with my vehicle. Although I was annoyed bc i had to take my car back to the shop, i was helped with no problem or questions asked. Teddy recieved my car and in less than 1 hour he had someone repair the bumper of my car that was popping out. It was great service. I know the ideal thing is to get your car repaired once and that is it. Things happen that we are unable to control. What matters is that they showed up for me. They listened to my concern/complaint and provided great service. In the end I was happy with the service provided. If you want reasonable answers and immediate services speak with Teddy . Great experience! Quick service for what I thought was a big job. They explain everything and take care of everything on the insurance side. I dropped off my car and keys and picked up less than a week later a perfect car. I was worried about how they would deal with a high end car, but everything looks perfect!

DO NOT GO HERE! I came here because I was recommended to them from a different shop. I made a deal with them but they kept changing and lying about it. Moreover, I found white paint stains on my grey metallic car. They made the wiring wrong and caused the battery to go low on power and damaged the front grille while they were removing it in order to paint the front grille. I found another shop and they are honest and they did an amazing job on my car. Keep looking for another places instead of going here. Do not trust them!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I was recommended by someone I trusted in the auto business and it was the worst decision ever! They did a horrible job on my brand new car. Nothing was replaced with original parts, the paint job is already peeling after just a few months and my car is giving me issues. Now I have to go out of my way to get all this work done AGAIN! If I could give them no stars I would. I don't usually do reviews but this one might just save someone else from stress and money. MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR CAR LIFTED IN FRONT OF YOU BEFORE TAKING HOME!

Never ever go to this place. Literally they will hijack your car and robbed you. My car got involved in accident( it wasn’t my fault), one of the customer care ledy at ford service center Northern Blvd recommend me to go this place for estimate. I went this place and met Mike( one of the owner) and explain in detail, he told me he has to make appointment with insurance company for estimate and I need to drop car day before appointment so he can check in details what is wrong and I did same. After I dropped my car and he did estimate he never let me know anything, when I went to pick my car day after appointment I found that he open and broke some extra parts as well to show higher estimate( I drove that car almost one week after accident but it’s wasn’t in the condition to drive after his estimation). When I went to pick my car and asked him to put the stuff back so I can take my car back he didn’t. He wanted me to pay 600+ tax for estimation and for the parts he broke from my car ( he forcefully wanted me to repair my car there). I was ready to pay but he asked me to pay all cash which I didn’t had and he didn’t allow me to enter in his building. I called police as well but they didn’t show up. Finally I had no option left car there for repair. As per his estimate car was supposed to be ready in one week but he took 5 weeks to fix it and price was $5600. When I went to pick my car he wanted me to pay $5600+ tax in cash. However I paid and took my car. I request you guys not to go here, you can be next victim of this stupid/crazy guy. If I can give Negative star it would be -5

Paint Work performed on my vehicle was somewhat minor compared to other vehicles. They were a bit pricey! But I must truly say that when I got my vehicle back it actually looked showroom new in and out. I was very impressed! I will definitely go back there in the future for complete detailing services.

I do not recommend this shop; too many issues after spending 20k+ on repairs--misaligned bumpers (gaps), polish burn in the clear coat...just too many issues.

This repair shop is not worth it at all. If I could I would give this place -5 stars. Last month I had a minor accident, the Koeppel Hyundai servicing department manager and her staff spot on northern boulevard recommended this repair shop to me and I trusted them. We went here and they did an oil change and had to replace a tiny spot on the front bumper and charged $12,300 for this. Not to mention my car is a new car and we only bought it a few months ago. They took out brand new parts to replaced it and we didn’t had any option saying no to them , when we saw our total of expense, we went there to say no to them. They already painted my car and removed all the parts Without me knowing.They didn’t leave us any other option so we were forced to agree with their plan. It took almost a month to finish my car and they did a horrible job on the paint job. The paint is already peeling off. They did give me a 12 month warranty for the paint job , however they are blaming me for the paint peeling off. They said they would replace the peel on one condition, which was to give this place a 5 star review but I do not want to give a fake review. The owner of the store is also very rude and shouts at his customers. The other reviews people wrote is everything I experienced so save you money and go to a better repair shop.

When I got into an accident a few weeks ago, I wasn't sure what to do. My friend recommended that I go to Brothers Repair Shop. Ana and John helped me through the insurance process and all I had to do was text the adjuster once. I dropped off the car, got a rental car at enterprise 3 blocks away was back home in an hour. In two weeks, I pretty much got a brand new car back. It was a very smooth and supportive experience. Thanks for the great work!
