I had my Nissan Cube in for a clutch replacement. I don't know if the job is done correctly yet because I just picked up the vehicle. When I went to pay for the work, the office clerk/ mechanic (who claimed to be the owner) Orlando was very rude when I asked if the service performed on the vehicle was covered by warranty. Which he declined because the part was not from his shop. I mentioned to Orlando that when I contacted for an estimate, I was told to bring the parts and the labor would be 625.00 dollars, but they didn't offer me the option of buying the parts with them, just requested me to bring the parts.Orlando responded that "we don't waste our time explaining this to customer since they always want the cheapest way and it was going to cost you more money." As a consumer, I determine whether or not I can afford it and whether or not I want to spend the money and have a warranty . Also I explained to Orlando that I didn't know anything about car parts and was very hard for me to find this parts and was more convenient for me that they buy the parts for me. Orlando became upset and stated that he does not need anyone to tell him how to operate his business. I told him that I understood his policy, but it would be preferable if you informed the clients about it before performing any repair on the vehicle or explaining the policy with the estimate. Finally, he tried to charge me $15 more, which I paid nonetheless since I was uncomfortable with the situation and wanted to go, but he took his time making me a receipt just to keep me waiting. I'd also like to say that ever since I walked through his shop door, he's been calling me honey in an very uncomfortable manner.

I found this shop a few months ago, and I've been very impressed. They worked me in without an appointment the first time, then scheduled me the same day for a different issue with my 99 Jeep Cherokee. The prices are fair and they let you know beforehand the work and cost. I'll definitely go back with any issues I have in the future.

I had my headlights replaced by Bryan’s auto and then had a vehicle inspection at a different establishment. My vehicle failed inspection due to turn signal lights not working. I was told that the mechanic improperly installed my headlights. I returned to Bryan’s auto to have the headlights fixed and they were able to fix the problem. I was told that the turn signals were missing lightbulbs and they were able to put new bulbs in. I was then told I needed to pay over $150 in labor for the fix. I disagreed and said that the original mechanic should have either A) told me that I was missing bulbs and my vehicle would not pass inspection prior to changing the headlights or B) receive a refund for the oversight. Instead I was told this was at the discretion of the mechanic to fail to notify me or even check to see that all lights were working properly after completing the install. Due to these low standards and business practices I can’t recommend Bryan’s auto repair.

I called Bryan’s auto repair to see if they had availability for an oil change same day and they were very prompt in answering their phone and said they could take care of my request same day. When I arrived the gentleman who helped me explained to me the difference in types of oil and asked me which my car took. I wasn’t sure so he pulled my car around for me and determined it was synthetic. In the waiting area there are bar stools which I was fine to sit on but since I’m pregnant, the gentleman helping me wheeled his office chair around for me to sit in which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. They also did a nice vacuum of my car which I didn’t expect and showed me where they had placed my belongings that I had had scattered in the car. I was really impressed with the level of service and highly recommend Bryan’s Auto Repair for your next oil change!

I've been going here for a long time and the quality, prices, service, communication, everything has tanked. I literally wrote down a list of things I needed done to my car so there wouldn't be any confusion again, but instead was overcharged $900 for a simple suspension job! Plus my headlight and other items weren't even done! I asked him specifically to call when the car is done because the last few times they didn't. I had to show up and check just to see my car sitting in the street. They will never inform you when your car is "done" no matter what. They'll act like they've fixed your problem but won't. Just for you to come back and spend more money. I currently have 2 vehicles with the same issues they claimed they fixed but didn't. Please save your money, time, and your car. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. EDIT: Once again they’re proving their unprofessionalism. He clearly avoided mentioning the bad communication and leaving cars abandoned on the side of the road unlocked, didn’t mention how they don’t fix anything properly, I had one bushing go bad so I had them replace the bushing and finish installing the 2 struts. Lol $900 for 2 struts and a bushing is highway robbery. Plus I told dude to call me so I can explain how I wanted the height. No call so the height was all wrong and had to readjust it myself! Worst shop is Raleigh

After trying to get an oil change at Valveline but being told my oil filter was ‘too tight’, the team here at Bryan’s were able to take it off with ease and complete a full oil change right there and then! They were so helpful, shout out to Tiye for being super helpful and informative too - she even ran out to get a special filter for me. Above and beyond service! Thanks guys.

Very unprofessional mechanic shop to say the least. Took my wife’s car here to get the transmission looked at ended up getting over charged which wasn’t communicated and her safeguard being taken off which we did not give them consent to do. After addressing them on the safeguard they became confrontational and argumentative and straight up lied about the full situation. You have to constantly call to see if they finished your car because they will not I repeat will not give you updates. I would not recommend this place to no one at all horrible services. You have been warned again. Update : I have seen that the owner has responded to my comment about my experience at Bryan’s auto repair. This proves my point that the people responsible are liars and still will not take responsibility for removing the piece without our consent . I spoke to every single person responsible face to face and I thought we had an understanding that there lack of communication, dishonesty and professionalism is why we will not be returning. This is even more of a reason to not go to this mechanic shop filled with liars and no accountability. You have been warned again do not go to this place. I will spread the word to all my connections in the RDU area to avoid this place.

Amazing service. We lost our tire on Capital BLVD and we are not from the area. So I picked the first garage with good reviews and This place deserves 10 stars. Affordable and fair and got us back on the road within 3 hours.

Was having alternator trouble on my older Ford. Needed to be out of town that day. Called all around town looking for a garage to help, everyone was either closed due to the bad weather as it had snowed the night before, or closed due to weekend. Bryan's Auto picked the phone up right away and told me to come on down ASAP. An awesome gentleman whom I believe was named Orlando, helped me out right away and got me back on the road within the hour. Extremely professional, great pricing, and speedy. Would highly recommend. Plus they have a cool shop dog.

FEMALE FRIENDLY! As a female it can be hard to find a place that you feel like you aren’t being scammed or out of place. This auto shop is absolutely fantastic! Not only do they provide top-notch, reliable service, but they also create a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone—especially women. The staff takes the time to explain everything clearly without being condescending, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. It’s refreshing to find a place where you feel comfortable and confident about your car care. I’d highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service.

10 out of 10. Bryan’s Auto (Orlando) was super friendly and helpful. 1 of my cars had issue after issue ever since I bought it. Orlando fixed all my codes and got me back on the road with no issues since. He is my goto mechanic for all my cars. Definitely recommending him to everyone I know.

I was stranded and he came to tow me within 10 minutes. He wanted to repair the car even though it was already past closing time, but the damage was more extensive and I had to leave it there. I had no way to get home, and he offered to give me a ride. This man has a good heart.

The worst experience I’ve ever had — especially as someone not from North Carolina. I went to Bryan’s Auto Repair, and it was a disaster from start to finish. They tried to charge me for a job they couldn’t even complete after I waited over 4 hours — even though I was originally told it would only take 2. Then, after 7 PM, they suddenly changed the payment method and said they would only accept cash or Zelle — no cards. Extremely sketchy. They even tried to keep my car over the weekend, and I had to call the police just to get it back the next day. And still, I offered to pay for the labor — even though nothing they did was done properly. Completely unprofessional and unethical. Avoid Bryan’s Auto Repair at all costs.

Driver's side low beam headlight kept blowing. Found out it was a bad connector. Returned the expensive bulbs, was told what to buy on Amazon, a cheap price for 2 connectors. Changed both connectors on the low beam headlights in 30 minutes. Excellent price charge for labor. Would highly recommend them. Would definitely go back for other services.

Bryan’s Auto Repair is really good! I took my car there because it wasn’t starting right, and they figured it out super quick. The people who work there are nice and explain what’s going on so you actually understand it. They fixed my car the same day and didn’t charge too much either. Now it runs perfectly. I’d definitely go back if I ever have another problem.

I live in this area and had an emergency with my car because the battery wouldn’t start. Fortunately, I found this shop open, which is very rare on Saturdays. They helped me right away and were very kind and professional. They also had everything needed to fix the problem on the spot, they replaced my battery and also did a brake replacement. Their prices are affordable and the service was excellent. I’m very grateful for their help and definitely recommend them.
