I had my Nissan Cube in for a clutch replacement. I don't know if the job is done correctly yet because I just picked up the vehicle. When I went to pay for the work, the office clerk/ mechanic (who claimed to be the owner) Orlando was very rude when I asked if the service performed on the vehicle was covered by warranty. Which he declined because the part was not from his shop. I mentioned to Orlando that when I contacted for an estimate, I was told to bring the parts and the labor would be 625.00 dollars, but they didn't offer me the option of buying the parts with them, just requested me to bring the parts.Orlando responded that "we don't waste our time explaining this to customer since they always want the cheapest way and it was going to cost you more money." As a consumer, I determine whether or not I can afford it and whether or not I want to spend the money and have a warranty . Also I explained to Orlando that I didn't know anything about car parts and was very hard for me to find this parts and was more convenient for me that they buy the parts for me. Orlando became upset and stated that he does not need anyone to tell him how to operate his business. I told him that I understood his policy, but it would be preferable if you informed the clients about it before performing any repair on the vehicle or explaining the policy with the estimate. Finally, he tried to charge me $15 more, which I paid nonetheless since I was uncomfortable with the situation and wanted to go, but he took his time making me a receipt just to keep me waiting. I'd also like to say that ever since I walked through his shop door, he's been calling me honey in an very uncomfortable manner.

I found this shop a few months ago, and I've been very impressed. They worked me in without an appointment the first time, then scheduled me the same day for a different issue with my 99 Jeep Cherokee. The prices are fair and they let you know beforehand the work and cost. I'll definitely go back with any issues I have in the future.

I had my headlights replaced by Bryan’s auto and then had a vehicle inspection at a different establishment. My vehicle failed inspection due to turn signal lights not working. I was told that the mechanic improperly installed my headlights. I returned to Bryan’s auto to have the headlights fixed and they were able to fix the problem. I was told that the turn signals were missing lightbulbs and they were able to put new bulbs in. I was then told I needed to pay over $150 in labor for the fix. I disagreed and said that the original mechanic should have either A) told me that I was missing bulbs and my vehicle would not pass inspection prior to changing the headlights or B) receive a refund for the oversight. Instead I was told this was at the discretion of the mechanic to fail to notify me or even check to see that all lights were working properly after completing the install. Due to these low standards and business practices I can’t recommend Bryan’s auto repair.
