This was the worst service I have ever had with anything to do with my car. First, I had to reschedule an appointment because I had dropped my car off for a windshield replacement (they said it would take 1-2 hours) and it had already been 6 hours before they called and said it wouldn’t be done. I rescheduled for a week later, they said they’d have the windshield, and when I got there the second time it took an ADDITIONAL 6 hours before it was done. When I called 4 hours in to ask for the status of my car, I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then HUNG UP ON. In total I had my car there for two separate days for 12 hours for something that should have taken 2. I had to pay $317 for this as well (it was $367 but because of the issues I got a $50 discount), and I do not feel that was fair enough for the ridiculous ride that this has been.

They will tell you one thing and do another. Initially they said it was $275 then someone tested me and gave me an additional 30 dollars off so I called and made the appointment. When I got there they told me it was $311, I explained to them and even showed them the text with the discount but she said it was from the call center and refused to acknowledged it, so instead of $245 we agreed on $275. Also the side gaskets are the same old ones not new so they are not very professional and doesn’t stand by their words.

Horrible ! I paid $305 for a rushed job the windshield was put on wrong. Rushed job & when I went back everyone was gone except one lady in the front. I’m not pleased with the work at all. They were suppose to close at 6pm but closed at 5pm

They have my vote! I've done business there in the past and the staff from the front desk hold great past time conversations while you wait. The window technicians work hard and do a great job. Best part for was the price was $50 cheaper than anyone else I called. The down side is that they are busy and it's hard to get a weekend appointment.

Auto Glass Now has wasted my time on multiple occasions and failed to complete a job they repeatedly claimed they could handle. The first time I came in for a cracked windshield, I waited two hours assuming everything was fine, only to be told at the end of the service that they were unable to complete the calibration portion of the repair. I was explicitly promised that if I returned, the issue would be resolved because they would order the “correct” windshield that could be properly calibrated. Based on that assurance, I took more time off work and returned today, December 26, expecting the job to finally be completed. After waiting another two hours, I was once again informed that they could not complete the calibration and would need to order yet another windshield. This is unacceptable. I have continuously rearranged my work schedule only to be disappointed every single time. The technicians do not appear to be experts in windshield replacement or calibration, the waiting room is uncomfortable, and the front desk staff is not helpful or accountable. I will not be returning to Auto Glass Now and do not recommend anyone waste their time here. Especially if you have a 2017 Honda Accord avoid this place.

I stop by they store the weekend before my appointment, they give a date, they text me instructions what to do before the appointment,then I receive text messages reminding me about my appointment, then my wife showed up 15 minutes earlier to the appointment just To tell her that my appointment got canceled because I don’t confirm my appointment something that they never asked me to do which I feel they compromise the same time with somebody else and they don’t know what to do. They’re trying to give me a time the same day, but I was late at the same day and they probably don’t know how busy people are what a waste the time.

Wonderful experience to start, I loved the scheduler who set up my appointment. I told her I would be bringing two toddlers with me and asked for a location I could stroller them around it. I told her I’d be happy to look up the different locations if she’d tell me which ones could get me in within the next two or do weeks since the online portal wasn’t working. She insisted on looking up the locations for me and found one with an opening the very next day with a Wendy’s and a strip mall to shop at “within walking distance”. I told her great, I needed that more than a speedy service because if you have two toddlers you’d understand. I arrive the next day and not only is the Wendy’s two miles away over a railroad track and to get there the streets have no side walk… but there’s no strip mall. Great. The ladies inside were nice and said I could wait inside the waiting room with my kids, it would take an hour and he would start right away to get me out as fast as possible. An hour and a half later…. I was about at my wits ends and my toddlers were so hard to deal with because they had to be contained in their stroller until I just couldn’t handle it with my younger and let her waddle around. The ladies were nice but none of them were dressed appropriately or very kept. The floors we’re disgusting and my little ones socks were black with filth when we left the waiting room. So all in all, I won’t be back if I have another windshield or car need. I don’t appreciate being rushed for a next day appointment just so a sale could be made and lied about the amenities and options nearby to make sure that sale takes place.

Soooo, I broke my passenger back window due to an elliptical I was transporting dec 26th, immediately googled shops and first called safelite $550.15, the price was more than double what I paid. Found auto glass now on 2013 new hope church rd, called and set my appt for 11am dec 29th. I arrived early, they took my truck back at 10:55 and was done at 11:33 and I paid $252. The ladies in the office ( Laurie and Rebecca)were super friendly and even the lady I spoke to on the phone and the guy who replaced my window was very nice. He even vaccuumed the broken pieces out of my door and off of the floor board. I'm big on customer service so I will definitely recommend this business to everyone I know. A few words to sum up this business: Professional, affordable, fast, and a delight. Thank You for repairing it like it never happened.

The work done was great. However, do not make an appointment/reservation via the phone number from their website if you’re requesting a chip repair. I arrived at my designated time and they told me “It’ll be an hour wait. I don’t know why they made an appointment for you for a chip repair.” I was required to return the next day. Luckily, the next day was a holiday. Side note, the waiting area was filthy. The chairs were ratty. Not an inviting place to wait.

I was referred here by someone else… Easy to schedule a quick appointment, GREAT price. I was going to use another place, but AGN was a better deal with no nagging for add ons. Front desk service very welcoming and nice. Only took about an hour. I’m happy with the after care instructions, and the quality of work. 10/10 if I ever need to again, I am going here AND I’m recommending to everyone.

**Update#2- aside from the note they posted on this review, today is Feb 28th and the location on New Hope has NOT followed up regarding the damage to my vehicle, nor the windshield not being sealed correctly. Prior to today, I have called to speak with a manager over 4 times regarding the damage and unsealed windshield and have gotten NO response. I called into their main line four additional times and was told that they put in a warranty claim and the manager of the location would follow up with me that day. On one occasion, the CS Agent told me the manager was “dealing with bigger issues and would have to get back with me.” My initial appointment was Jan 25th and today is Feb 12th with NO follow up from location. I’ve seen where the warranty work request has been pushed forward with no date on two occasions. Absolutely THE WORST. Save your money and spend it elsewhere where they care about their customers and quality of work. I chose AutoGlass Now based off prior ratings here, but my experience was not what I anticipated. The best thing about this place is the young woman at the front desk. I had an appointment at 10:30 and it took two hours to be completed when it was only supposed to take one. There was no complimentary water or coffee, the waiting area played the same newscast three times while we waited, their chairs are uncomfortable, and the bathroom for customer use was out in the shop where the technicians are. It was absolutely filthy and was out of toilet paper. Upon receiving my vehicle back, the windshield is not sealed properly and you can hear air coming in, the technician sliced both sides of the material leading up to the windshield when removing the windshield on the interior of the car, there was black ink or some type of sealant all over the dash and down the right panel of where the windshield is held. I went back in to explain the situation to the front desk person who was very kind. She went back to talk to the technician and brought me some type of cloth to get the black stuff off of my hands. She drove the vehicle back in the bay area and had the tech try to clean up the black stuff all over. She said she would be in touch with the manager to see if they could order new material to replace the sleeves where the material had been cut. For a first time visit, I was very displeased with the knowledge/experience level of the tech who worked on my vehicle. I can’t get over the fact that it took as long as it did and it still isn’t correct and I was left with damage and a mess. Additionally, even if they replace the material, the inconvenience of having to return to have it installed feels super frustrating. I don’t normally post negative reviews, but the fact that it doesn’t seem like their tech was well trained and possibly the shop was short handed didn’t sit right with me. Everyone makes mistakes and things get messed up, but I just felt like the mess was downplayed. I was very thankful for the young woman who handled my complaint though. She was super kind and professional.

I am not pleased with my service. The windshield does not fit my vehicle and there is a gap. You can also hear the wind coming through so not sealed properly. However, the manager has reorder the correct window and waiting on delivery and reinstallment. Will update once it has been corrected.

Highly recommend Auto Glass Now for windshield repair! They were able to book a quick appointment for us, then booked a second spot for our other car when we discovered a chip in it. The front desk person was kind, professional and so helpful. Both technicians were kind, efficient and FAST! If you need a quick repair, call them!! My service was done on Dec 26th at 8:00 am! That also says a lot to get great service the day after a holiday!

So I just left this place. I will not becoming back. I went in because my windshield had a significant chip. I had purchased that windshield in 2022, when it was chipped in a similar way, from this company. I was told that it was under a lifetime warranty at the time of purchase. There were no stipulations mentioned about the warranty at the time of purchase. Today, I was told there are scenarios where the warranty is not valid. Unfortunately, they way I was told that information left much to be desired. Please understand that no one on this Earth knows everything. Speaking so condescendingly is not necessary. Simply say, "unfortunately chips are not covered but we will be happy to get you fixed up." Acting like I had an unfathomable request made me want to warn others. Just know that my visit could have been an opportunity for your salesmanship to shine and not your inner jerk.
