I have been going here for a few years now, and they have become the most trusted auto mechanics that I've ever used. When they tell me the cost of something, I know that I won't get it any cheaper or quicker. They do great work and are very knowledgeable. As an anecdote, I went there once for an oil leak. They found that the oil cap wasn't ideal for that model. Without saying a word, the mechanic jumped in his truck and disappeared for 10 minutes. He returned with a new oil cap and sent me on my way without charging me a dime. Recently I went to a specialist due to an issue with my brakes. I only went to the specialist first because this appeared to possibly be an electrical issue and I knew the previous owner had tried to get this fixed multiple times without solving the problem. The specialist was going to charge me about $600 for various repairs once it was diagnosed. I called up Auto Way and they did it half an hour later for about $175. You can't beat that!

Auto way is the best mechanic shop in Raleigh. They are honest folks and I’ve been working with them for a few years now. They are professional and know their stuff. Another good thing they do is give you referrals to other honest places if they don’t have a certain service you need. All the folks they’ve referred me to are also very honest and trustworthy. I bring my car in and even refer folks I know over here. I highly recommend them for your automotive service needs. For directions know that they are at the back of the building maps take you to. I hope my pictures help with that

By far the most honest mechanic shop in Wake County. The prices are great, the customer service is fantastic. Never have I felt like they were taking advantage of me because I am a woman with no knowledge of mechanical repairs. I highly recommend this place is like going to family to take care of your vehicle needs. Sorry for the late review this was way over due, I have been taking all my vehicles here since 2009.

I have been going to this place for the last 10+ years and these folks have always made sure that the work/repair is done of the highest quality at the appropriate price. At times I have taken work estimates given by Dealer/AAA to Autoway and the owner has told me point blank that none of these things (as told by dealer/AAA) are required. I really, really appreciate the honesty from these guys.

Autoway was recommended to me by a friend. They were friendly and welcoming. Russ checked out my vehicle right away, determined the problem, printed out all the paperwork for a recall for me to take to the dealership. It appears the recall has expired so if the dealership should refuse to honor it he discussed pricing for them to make the repair. He backed my car out for me and sent me on my way. No charge! I highly recommend Autoway and will return to them for repairs.

Easily the best experience I've had with mechanics. Not to say i've had bad ones, but Aziz was awesome. I live about a mile away from the shop, and I am very happy with the work performed by him and another worker. They replaced four ignition coils and four spark plugs in 10-20 minutes. Fast. Efficient. Affordable. Thank you for helping me out. I will recommend you to anyone I know.

I stumbled across Auto Way because I live close by. I'm now a lifelong customer because I decided to go there! These guys are honest, reliable, and no nonsense. On top of that, they are the most affordable shop in the area (and I know this because I'm one of those guys that used to call a dozen auto shops trying to get the best price.) Russ is the man if you happen to meet him when you stop by! Family owned business, not some cookie cutter chain auto shop that's just going to try to upsell you something or recommend a bunch of stuff you didn't actually need to have done on your car. I could give a few examples where they've gone above and beyond helping me out when I've needed work done on my car, but this review is already getting a little lengthy. So I'll just leave it at, I can't say enough good things about these guys!

Those folks KNOW cars!! No excuses. They will fix ANY problem at the most reasonable price possible. If they dont know the issue with your (highly unlikely) they will tell you where to go. Been going to this mechanic shop for past 20+ yrs. Absolutely amazing and fast service 👏

I ran into an issue with my car while driving on the highway and stopped by this shop based on location — I’m really glad I did. Everyone here was extremely responsible, friendly, and professional, and the pricing was very reasonable. They took the time to carefully inspect my car and quickly identified the issue. After fixing the main problem, I also decided to have my oil changed and routine maintenance done here. On top of that, they were able to fix a small issue with my windshield washer system as well. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this shop to all my friends. It’s not easy to find a repair shop you can truly trust, but this is definitely one of them.
