Beyond disappointed in the service department. We were supposed to have our vehicle back in a week and it’s been almost 3 weeks now. We have received no follow up nor have we received a loaner car. Word of advice DON’T go here for service!!!!!!

Update: Thanks to Patrick who saved Thompson GMC reputation and went above and beyond to resolve the issue that arose when GMC ordered wrong part multiple times. I will keep enjoying my truck and will stay Thompson Buick GMC happy client.

Bobby Dwyer always exceeds my expectations. Always able to fit me in around my busy schedule and is very accommodating. The service team is also exceptional about their diligence on maintenance and they take very good care of my car. Not a finger print left as a trace when I pick it up -they always make sure to do a detailed inspection inside and out of the vehicle to make sure I pick it up in the same condition that I dropped it off. Hands down best customer experience to bring your vehicle!!

Paid over $1300 for repair service on vehicle yet wheel alignment which said was done was not. Technician was argumentative & dismissive. I drove over 30 miles to get them to re-fix it only to experience horrible service again. Leadership unavailable to assist. Worst GM experience I have ever had. Save yourself, go somewhere that does the job correct the 1st time.

My GMC 2019 Seirra needed some very intensive engine and electrical work. Because of the commitment, dedication and patience Josh Grissom provided me I now have a great product. Josh worked diligently with the warranty company to ensure my out of pocket costs were minimized. Disappointing experience overall. The team misdiagnosed the issue, which required a second visit to get it resolved. They also failed to call me when they said they would, and to top it off, the paperwork was mishandled. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Went for oil change and state inspection. The mechanic deliberately pulled the relay and service advisor asked me to change tail light for 600 bucks and failed my state inspection. I did not gave them permission to fix it and brought my Yukon back. I did followed some basic steps and found out the relay was pulled out. When I put the relay back and the break light was shying normal. This can not be due to car shaking or weak and tear on the road because the relays are secured in a box. And also how can the relay just be there inside the box laying on a channel. This is a trick for you to pay for the labor and issue that they self produced. SCAM.
