I am an Auto Mechanic in Winston-Salem. A customer had the Alternator light come on while on the way to RDU I contacted Triangle Car Care and they picked my customers car up from the Airport lot and replaced the Alternator. My Customer was amazed!!! Thanks Bobby and Audrey and Staff

I was refused because my car was imported from a location that did not have emissions testing. He did not want the potential trouble of emissions issues that were difficult to track down. He did seem like an honest person though.

Got my wife's tires changed. No problem there. I did have a problem though with their ridiculous quote of $340 to change the spark plugs. I did it myself and it took only 45 mins and was very easy. Only cost me $45.

I recently went to their shop to have my car window’s regulator fixed. On the ride back from their shop I immediately noticed a difference in how my car ran. A few days later multiple lights began to cut on while I was driving on the highway ( I Have only driven my car once since the visit ). Now I have issues with my car that I have never had before. I wouldn’t recommend going to their shop as I won’t be returning myself.

These guys are the shop you need if you want a reliable and trustworthy team to service your vehicle. If your looking for the cheapest then you're gonna get what you pay for. These guys are thorough, consistent and do so at an honest price. They stand by their work. Simply the best. It's been 30 years Knowing Bobby and David. And we wouldn't trust are vehicles, or our Son's vehicles to anyone else. My family has been going to these guys for years. I like going here because they're always honest with you. They'll tell you what you need and what you don't need. They do good work and won't rip you off. I recommend them to my friends all the time. They also have a loaner car you can use while yours is being worked on if you call ahead.

This review is about 2 weeks late but still necessary because Triangle Car Care is the best. I contacted them with my list of concerns (brakes, air conditioner and other things)and spoke with David. He reviewed the issues with me after examining my car and explained everything that could be done as well as the price. I gave permission for the work to be completed - about 90% of my listed items and everything was done the same day for a reasonable price. I liked the way David explained what they were doing and presented options and estimates. Go to Triangle Car Care for all your service needs. They’re the best! 😊

I really appreciate being talked to like a competent adult at a mechanic, because I've encountered people at other businesses who were dismissive or talked down to me unless I was there with a man. This auto care facility is a horrible place the worst experience at this Place. I had went in to do some engine work and they made me an appointment. I had to wait almost a whole week for them to see the vehicle. So I made the appointment because they told me They would be able to check the vehicle and get an estimate for me. Then, when the appointment came, they stated that they couldn’t work on my car kicking me out. Not wanting to help me out David at the front was being very rude, not listening to what I had to say he was being very pushy and just brought my car out and pretty much told me to get out they wasted my time. I could of had my vehicle checked out somewhere els and had an estimate at another place. The way David treated me was very horrible. It was unpleasant and I don’t recommend this auto care place. They will give you falls information and then kick you out after it. David told me I would need to order new parts and I told him that’s why? I am here for I needed and estimate on the parts cost and labor. They were very lazy and they didn’t want to help me out. When I told him I would pay for the estimate. I asked to speak to the manager David told me he was the manager and lied, Bobby Dunn is the Manager. Just a little Information so you guys know how this Auto Care Facility Operates. I don’t recommend this place. No customer should go threw this or being treated the way I did look somewhere els I wrote this review to help other not waste their time and not to be treated in that manner. Hopefully this Honest review is helpful to Others. By Law your Entitled to a Written Estimate if Damages are Over $350 dollars they violated that law. #THISISAREALREVIEW

Triangle Car Care has been a partner garage with Wheels4Hope for quite some time, volunteering services to help make affordable reliable automobiles accessible for many in need. When I had a minor issue with the Nissan, I called Lashawn at Wheels4Hope and she referred me to David at Triangle Car Care. That was all I needed to hear.
