The guys at Patterson Performance have; well, more or less restored our 2007 Saab 9-3 Aero convertible over the past year. Recently, Patterson located an entire array of tail light assemblies to freshen up the back of the car. When we picked it up late on a Friday evening, we noticed one of the lights had a smudge which turned out to be inside the housing and couldn't be wiped away. After leaving a vMail Saturday about the problem it was several days before I thought to follow up. Well, without a question or delay, the folks at Patterson simply explained they had listened to our vMail, secured another unit and it was on its way. I almost dropped the phone. True customer service and concern for quality. They make owning a Saab an easy thing...

Eric is the best. He's a true mechanic -- not dependent on on-board diagnostic computers to tell him what's wrong. And he goes the extra mile to make sure any problems get fixed, regardless of difficulty. We take him tough repair cases that stump even factory authorized dealers & specialty shops -- e.g., an exotic foreign-brand power convertible top that interior and body specialists could not get working. We have not found an automobile repair problem he could not solve.

These guys are the best. Great to work with, always seem to find a way to fit you in if it's an immediate need. Friendly and super knowledgable. In 10 years I've never had an encounter with them that I didn't consider to be fair. If you've got a SAAB its a no brainer to take it here, but I'd happily trust them with any European vehicle.

I have had Eric work on my vehicles on four different occasions over the past three years and he has treated me exceptionally well and very, very fairly. None of his work has had to be redone or "tweaked" after the fact and the charges were extremely reasonable. Not only was his work terrific but he and Kathy could not have been more gracious. I have been having my 2002 Saab convertible serviced at Patterson for about 2 years now since I moved to the area and they have always treated me well. I sometimes stop by unannounced for small problems and they are able to help me out right then and there. When I have a larger problem and they are booked up I always ask if they can squeeze me in early to get the problem solved and Eric has always been accommodating. Last time I was there they needed to order a hose for my engine and the mechanic working at the time (did not get his name) gave me the hose off of his Saab to last me through the weekend until the part came in. Kathy at the front office has always been very helpful as well. Good service! Thanks!

Eric has worked on several of our cars over the years. Including old ones that no one else wants to touch, like a 38 year old RX-7, or a 30 year old Prelude. They do good work, they're thorough and they are honest. I love my old cars and don't trust them to just anybody. Highly recommend.

I usually do my own repairs on our 2010 Saab 9-3 2.0T, but for some things I am too old or don't have the hoist when needed. In tehse cases I only trust Eric and Mark to take care of things. They do first rate work on Imports and have prices that won't bankcrupt you like it is the fashion these days. ALWAYS check with Mark and Eric first. I hope they will be around for many, many years.
