Waiting time 1hr for car inspection (not enough employees to cover shifts on Sunday 11:am. Charging ($50 for regular wipers) or ($80 Rain brand wipers). I refused to pay $50 for normal wipers but, hey they can lower to $40 if you can’t pay $50 just same. Not other choice but to pay $40 on top $30 for inspection.

Be very careful when you arrive at this place so you don't get scammed. Carefully review any documents they give you!!!!!!!, and if they tell you they can change a filter or something else, think twice before you get ripped off.....I hope the owner of this place carefully checks which workers are working at this location.

Typical disgustingly rude black female. She moved my car out of the bay & put someone else before me. Obviously that's unacceptable, so I left without service, & WILL NOT return to a Jiffy Lube ever again!! I didn't get her name.. Yuck!!! 0 stars Service this bad invokes a response that's fitting. It was unsolicited, but what else should we expect from a girl who changes oil for a living at the oil station. Eww!

Came in for an inspection and had originally planned on doing my own oil change, but when I got there I was greeted swiftly and they offered their oil change promotion which was comparable to doing it myself, except it saved me the time of having to lift up my low sitting car to drain and refill my oil. 10/10 service, was in and out in around 30 min for the inspection, fluid checks, and oil change

I knew that it was time for an oil change, I was quickly accommodated. I was shown two air that needed to be changed and after seeing them I totally agreed. I was informed that I will be needing 2 front tires and offered the change to rotate them at no charge. I have been using this Jiffy Lube location for 4 years and I am completely satisfied

I came in for a state inspection and received a call saying I would fail unless I replaced my windshield wipers, even though I had replaced them immediately before arriving. When I explained this, there was a pause, and I was then asked if I had a different vehicle. It turned out they were referring to another car, and I was told I had actually passed “with flying colors.” While this may have been a mix-up, it was concerning to be told I needed to approve a repair that didn’t apply to my car. In situations like this, it’s hard to tell whether it’s an honest mistake or an attempt to upsell unnecessary services. As a customer (and as a woman who has often experienced being taken advantage of at auto shops), this experience made me feel uneasy. The inspection ultimately passed, but I’d strongly encourage others to ask questions and double-check any recommended repairs.

I usually have good reports going to this location but on 02/09/2026 I went with my 2017 Ford Explorer to get a state inspection. Two staff members including the manager said it could not be done because my diagnostic port was incorrect. Just FYI, they need to upgrade their equipment because I had no problem having it done at Firestone.

I wish I could write a positive review about my state inspection. I called ahead of time to know if I needed to book an appointment and was told that I can come. I arrived about 45 min later. Three agents sat by their desks without any of them greeting or asking what services I needed until I approached the lady. She reluctantly asked what I’ve come in for, asked me to provide my registration. Mind you, this isn’t my first time here and she was able to pull up my account. I’ve never been asked to provide my registration to complete a state inspection. I gave it to her, while her vape was on the desk, stating I needed to wait an hour and a half. This will be my last time here.

Only issue was that my hood had not been completely secured/closed...noticed it once I got down the road...was so thankful I hadn't hopped on the major highway before noticing.

I would only recommend this location to my friends and family. This is the only automotive crew that I have seen working as a team and properly handling a high volume demand for service. They are well spoken and communication direct about additional service needs. I am glad I visited this location for my car. I have been here before with my parents vehicles. But just for inspection. This is the best crew I’ve seen in years. Regardless of my service cost I felt my business at this establishment mattered to the fullest extent. Everyone worked together as a team to coordinate necessary steps to ensuring my vehicle was road ready. Thank you very much for keeping this crew employed during trying economic times.

I paid $164.00 for an oil change and tire rotation (oil change was $109 and tire rotation $30)!! I have NEVER paid close to $100 for an oil change. I felt like I got ripped off. It was my first time at that particular location and the cost was $109+$30 which is $139 but my total was $164.00. So, I paid $25 sales tax for the service? It would have been way cheaper to go back to the dealership but I assumed it would be cheaper there. And to make matters worse, there was a slight smell of weed in my vehicle!!! I hate the smell of weed and it pissed me off that whomever was in my vehicle smelled like weed! Like seriously, this is beyond ridiculous!!!!!

My son took his car twice in a row to two different location for inspection each gave him a report for completely different things and they failed his inspection. How is it possible that each location is finding something different from the other location and not even the even the same problem from the previous location?? Makes me feel like they are not following a certain law or everyone is doing what every they want. We paid $60 so far for inspection and things that dont need to be fixed. Very unprofessional someone needs to monitor these people

This Jiffy Lube is pretty solid. They get you in and out efficiently and their employees are straight forward and pleasant. I've never had a WTF moment going to this location which definitely can't be said for other locations (cough, Jiffy Lube, Atlantic Ave). I've also had a tech a couple of times call me out to my car to look at potential issues for services they don't offer which shows they care about their customers' well being and not just upselling services. Rare these days.
