It’s 2024 and mechanics are still overcharging women for car repairs.
Heather was a pleasure to speak with and incredibly helpful. I also appreciated the detailed car inspection list and fast service.
HOWEVER -
I am not knowledgeable about cars and I feel completely taken advantage of. They charged me $494.41 to replace the battery in my car.
My father and fiancée were appalled when they saw my itemized receipt.
I looked up cost estimations for battery replacement plus labor in Raleigh for my specific car make/model:
Repair Pal = Between $331 - $345
Kelly Blue Book = Between $334 - $393
