Edit #2: The owner tried to pressure me into deleting this review via text. Be aware. Then why did Mark tell me $965 was for the part only? Did you miss that when you checked your phone records? Edit: If you want to see how unprofessional these guys are, just check out the shop owners responses to the negative reviews. He quoted me on things I didn't say, can't keep track of accurate shop records, and lashes out when criticized. Even going the lengths to trash another business in his reply to someone else's review. Mr. Owner, I was at your shop a few months ago for an oil change and you guys tried to upsell me on multiple repairs. One of them you quoted me over $600 to fix. Another shop did it right for $260. During this past visit, Mark quoted me $965 for a part. When I called to ask about the price I was met with an attitude, and Mark would not even provide me with a part number so I could do my own research. Forgive me for doing my due diligence. I never once asked you to use a part ordered feom the internet. I only brought up the price of the same part I found on my car brands part website because somehow it was going to cost you $600 more to order it, and I was curious about that. Thankfully, we declined the repairs at your shop and got it fixed the next day for half the price. Maybe you should spend less time arguing with people on the internet, and focus on running a trustworthy business. Best of luck! Original: I used to go to this shop before they became a Midas, then switched back to Village Motor Works. Don't be confused by the name. This is not the same shop it was before. There is not an ounce of professionalism or customer service to be found, and you're going to pay a premium for that. Each service I've gotten a quote from them for, was 25-30% cheaper everywhere else I looked. If you want to pay more than you should, and be treated like an inconvenience, stop by Village Motor Works!

Super impressed with Mark and their service. Had trouble with our 2019 Honda Pilot’s AC. Mark gave us the price for the inspection and to refill the coolant up front without me asking. After they found the leak, Mark called and told me the price for the whole repair including taxes. Repairs were done quickly and I’ve never felt our Honda’s AC blow this cold before. Thank you!

I go here for convenience, because I can walk to work. I haven’t been here for anything other than a state inspection since the new people took over. I just paid double what I normally pay for a simple (synthetic) oil change & tire rotation (no cabin/engine air filter replacement). I paid $162!!For Reference, I paid $82 in December at Christian Brothers for the exact same service, the exact same amount of oil and the same oil. No thanks!
