My company and I have been a long time customer of Torque, they always do an amazing job and take care of me; however, this visit their technical skill and care for the customer really stood out. I took the Ferrari 812 SF in for a routine inspection; with their usual attention to detail, one of the techs noticed a little something that could have been the sign of a major issue. Many shops do not have the skill or knowledge required to diagnosis and fix issues on cars as complex as the 812 SF. Torque? No problem! The techs jumped in right then and there. The techs and service advisor STAYED LATE to resolve the issue. It turned out be super minor, the result of a PREVIOUS shop not performing basic service on the vehicle in accordance with procedure. But the issue was not something that you could simply plug a computer in to the car to get an answer. They had to use their knowledge to reason their way through it and piece it all together. Two hours after their tech first noticed the potential issue, all was fixed and I was out the door. Pretty incredible. All that is to say...in a world where skill is lacking and customer service is dead...Torque sets themselves apart as an industry leader, with world class skill/technical knowledge and top tier customer service. Need a repair or service on your car? Whether it is an Audi or a Ferrari, bring it to the guys at Torque!

It was our first time at Torque European car Care. The service and the support were impeccable. Just an oil change this time but we have some major maintenance that will be needing to be done in the near future. Simon and Ken were amazing in terms of communicating with me what the future holds for our 80,000 mile checkup and also gave me numbers so that there'll be no surprises. They are the best choice in the triangle areas far as I'm concerned for service for all types of cars. It has been hard in the past finding good Audi service.

I had a coolant leak issue on my Boxster that was hard to find the source for. Torque's employees did a great job working through the car to track down the source and spending a lot of time to fully vet out the coolant system to make sure it was fully resolved for me. Throughout the process they communicated well and I was very happy with the overall service. I would definitely recommend them for servicing your Porsche or other euro makes.

We’ve been taking our vehicles to Torque since we moved to the area over 2 years ago and have had a great experience. It started with our Audi idling roughly. I assumed it was an oxygen sensor or some other minor issue but the motor mounts had actually failed! They sent pictures. I had taken the vehicle to the dealership a few months prior for annual service and they didn’t find anything in their inspection (or didn’t look). We’ll never go back to the dealership and will go to Torque from now on. Torque does high quality work at reasonable prices and they have great communication. Check out their new facility, very impressive and reflects the quality of work that they do.

I had my Mercedes towed here for an electrical issue and was blown away by the customer service. Jack went above and beyond by calling the previous shop himself to get details, keeping me updated, and being completely honest about the best next steps. In the end, they recommended I take it to the dealer and didn’t charge me the $259 quoted for a second diagnostic. That level of integrity is rare! Torque truly cares about their customers, and I highly recommend them.

Took my 2016 mini cooper to this location to get a second opinion from a previous shop. The techs were honest and have an alternative to the previous diagnosis. They discovered that the wrong oil was probably used causing a vehicle stall. They test drive the car several times to verify their findings. Very honest and will carry my mini there for any future service…check them out..good folks.

Awesome service across the board. I scheduled and oil change through Jack. When I arrived, Jack treated me like family and gave me a quick tour of the lobby. During my oil change, one of the technicians, Mathew, informed me of some small issues with my car. I needed an oil change for my Porsche Boxster and specifically wanted 0W-40 oil, since I live in colder Indiana and am only in Raleigh temporarily for winter break. A couple of other European car–specialty shops in town either didn’t have the required spec or tried to claim that 0W-40 was out of spec for my car - until I showed them the owner’s manual. Torque, on the other hand, was happy to accommodate without any pushback, and their pricing was also better. They were responsive and consistently picked up the phone, which was not the case with other shops I contacted. The oil change itself took about an hour to an hour and a half and went smoothly. It included a courtesy inspection, they didn’t try to upsell any unnecessary services, and they were straightforward about what maintenance to expect down the line.

I recently had an excellent experience with Torque European Car Care and wanted to share how impressed I was with their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. I brought in both of my vehicles, a Mercedes GLE350 and my Porsche Boxster S, and from the moment I arrived it was clear that the team truly understands European cars. Anyone who owns a Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, or any European vehicle, knows that you want technicians who specialize in these vehicles, and the staff at Torque clearly have that level of expertise. They took the time to carefully inspect both cars, explain what they found, and walk me through the recommended work without any pressure. Everything was communicated clearly, which I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to deal with a shop that is transparent about the process and genuinely focused on doing the job right. The work performed on both vehicles was excellent. You can tell they pay attention to the small details and use quality parts and proper procedures, which is extremely important with European vehicles. Another thing that stood out to me was the level of customer service. The team was friendly, respectful of my time, and kept me informed throughout the process.
