★☆☆☆☆ WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE!! They put the wrong oil in my car and refused to give me a refund. I came here yesterday for a simple oil change. I drove my car around for about 2 hours that day before I realized the sticker they put in my windshield had the wrong oil type on it. It was fifteen minutes until close and when I called no one answered the phone. So I went to the nearest oil change service and got the correct oil put in my car. I came back today I politeley explained what happened and asked for a refund. At first they said the previous sticker told them to use that oil but when I informed them there was no sticker there before they started making different excuses. I was trying to be reasonable but they just got upset and told me no refund and that I should have come back to their shop to address the problem instead of going to a different place... 1. I DID call you before going there and you did not take my call, I even left a message with my number and you didn't call me back. 2. Why would I come back to the place that did such a simple job incorrectly the first time??? Since the oil type is clearly visible on the oil cap, I can only assume you didn't have it and put the wrong oil in it on purpose without asking or telling me. Which is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and dishonest. The worker even said to me "it wont hurt your car to have the wrong oil in it" as if that was the excuse he made for himself when he decided to put it in there. But if you truly are so negligent that you can't even read the cap to see what the correct oil is then I definitely don't trust you touching my car again PERIOD. I wouldn't even trust these guys to pump gas for me. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
