Great customer service. Car repaired earlier than expected. Car looked cleaner than I left it. However, the window of the door that was damaged doesn't roll up and down as fast as it did (will return soon). And Jeff, the person in charge of overseeing the repairs of my vehicle, was strangely insistent that I don't inspect my vehicle until after I left the lot.

They did a great job. Took longer than expected due to parts suppliers but well worth the wait. Cost initially estimated far less than what it ended up being but they did right and fixed everything liked it was supposed to be. Plus the work was guaranteed far as long as I own the vehicle. Definitely will be using them again if the need arrives.

Best experience working with ANY company, from customer service to workmanship.Tiffany and the staff at the Capital Blvd location are AMAAAAZING.I was kept updated daily and my vehicle was ready when they said it would be. The work they did was impeccable. I couldn't be happier! I hope I never have to have auto bodywork done again, but this is the only place I'd return to if needed. If you're reading this run! They do not stand by that work and they do not hold true to the dates that they project. Don't get me wrong. I know things happen but I have a Ford truck. They work for Capital Ford. They're on the same lot as Capital Ford. Why would it take 30 days to get Ford parts for Ford truck? They kept my car for close to 30 days and there were still problems with with my truck, and once I asked to fix the problems they said they needed to speak with my insurance adjuster so they can get more money from them. Horrible! I hit a deer with my truck and took it to Carolina collision from repairs. So many things went wrong. I'm only going to start with a few, one, It was just a couple of pieces done with the fender and a check engine light that kept flashing. They didn't check the light. They just tried to fix the front bumper charged $6,000 for it, if I showed you the picture you wouldn't believe it. However they never checked the engine. They never drove the car so on on the date of receiving the vehicle. They didn't drive the car. They didn't know that there was a wobble in the car because they didn't drive it. The paint I paint had bubbles in it when I asked can I bring the vehicle to Carolina collision show them, rich said they have to call my insurance company again to see if they can redo it as I said Horrible!
