They released my "totaled" vehicle to my insurance company without my authorization. I was in the process of disputing the estimated cash value for the claim and had not yet determined whether I wanted to retain the vehicle with a salvage title. I was not even notified the vehicle had been towed from the body shop, but instead found out over 5 days later when I called to ask about having AAA pick it up. When the vehicle was finally returned to me, there was a crack in the windshield and my insurance would not compensate for its replacement.

I went to Mini City because my insurance company suggested I go there. The office manager met with me upon arrival and promised to keep me in the loop with updates regarding the repair of my car. He failed to contact me one single time. So, after two weeks I called to inquire about the status of my vehicle repairs. After I called them daily for the next four days to check on the status of my vehicle I received a call at 4 pm letting me know my car was ready for pick up. When I arrived none of the paper work was ready causing me a huge rush to get the rented vehicle returned. Office staff seemed to be doing double the work as office manager sat back and said/did nothing while I am assuming they were his children running around the office. I do not recommend them and will never use them again.

"Poor Craftsmanship and Customer Service" For years I've been one of your most loyal customers. After picking my car up on Tuesday, and having spoken to Bret without resolve, this experience has reiterated the fact that I will not recommend or use your facility again. This last few times I've used your shop, I've had to return three of more times because of additional repairs that were over looked or poor craftsmanship. I tried to resolve with to no avail. I've informed USAA and will also write a formal complaint with the BBB.

Mini City Auto Body did an excellent repair in my Rav4. They were polite and very helpful through the process. They had excellent service and follow up. The craftsmanship was first rate. Although I relleally hope I am never in the situation where I need their services again, I would definitely use them if I needed body work again. I would recommend them to anyone who was needing body work.

My car has been hit three times now and I have always taken it to Mini-City Auto Body for repair. They always do a great job and the final cost of repairs is always below the estimated cost. I teasingly tell them I am unhappy because they have failed to remove the bull's eye from my bumper, which has been repeatedly hit by other cars as if there were a bull's eye there just asking to be hit. They tell me they really tried to remove it this last time! They are a great group of folks to work with and I highly recommend them!

These guys do a great job! i used them four times. Every time, they are true to there estimate and deliver a flawless product. They schedule the repair so that the turnaround time is minimal. I have never had to return a car to correct anything. Nice folks doing what they do well.

Even though my truck was totaled by the idiot's insurance company that ran into me, I was treated in a very kind and respectful manner by Mini City Auto Body. I am employed with a Collision Repair Shop supply center in the Raleigh, NC area and I deal with most of the Auto Collision Shops in the immediate Raleigh area. When my vehicle was rear ended by another vehicle, one of the many calls that I made was to the Auto Dealer where I purchased my vehicle. I asked them where they take all of their repairs. The service manager told me that all repairs are made at Mini City Auto Body. When I called Mini City Auto Body to inquire about having my vehicle repaired in their shop they took all of the information and handled everything from that day on. Because of the extent of the damage my vehicle was in the repair shop for a while, however I received a call from them about every 4-5 days. I was given clear and concise information as to what process my vehicle was undergoing and an estimated time as to when my vehicle would be completed. When all repairs were complete I was called and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, all work was reviewed in my presence. Everything was perfect. If I ever require auto body repair for my vehicle again, I would use Mini City Auto Body without a doubt. Way to go Mini City Auto Body. sm

Mini City did a great job fixing my car. This is my second time using them and both times resulted in excellent work and customer experience. Especially helpfully was the fact that they dealt directly with the insurance company as well as the car rental company to resolve hidden damage issues and to extend the car rental.

The only reason I’m giving this 1 star is because my car looks great! But POOR customer service, probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. My car was given on June 6 for repair from an accident and was not finished until August 1st!! First off if you get Bret as a representative to take your case change it ASAP. Bad communication and horrible attitude. My husband and I had to do all follow ups because he wouldn’t. Also mini city auto never takes fault in their delay they will blame the dealership and manufacture. The ONLY reason my car was finished on August 1st was because I stated I was going to pick it up as is and they finished it that day. All in all I would never recommend this place and they should hire people with more professionalism or reconsider some people they already have working there presently. Do not choose this place for your car repair.

My Hyundai was hit in the parking lot at Triangle Town Center and whoever hit it took off without even leaving a note. To aggravate my situation even more the car was less then 2 weeks old and I had not even made my first car payment yet. Nationwide recommended Mini City Auto repair and I would also highly recommend them as well. The staff was exceptional! Kathy and Alan made sure that they kept me updated on the progress of the repair and even set up the rental for me. The did an amazing job restoring it back to looking brand new again. I hope that I will not ever have to return, but if I find myself in a similar unfortunate situation I definitely will.

A very satisfied customer!!! Mini-City was listed as a ProFirst Certified body shop for Honda vehicles. I made an appointment for an estimate on-line (very easy), which was followed up by a telephone call from Melanie at Mini-City. She explained the process, detailed what I needed to do next and what to expect. After the on-site estimate, she followed up with a phone call to schedule the work. The work was completed early and you can't tell any work was done. Very professional. While I was having the work done, Mini-City came highly recommended by a automobile professional. Kudos! Thanks again for the high quality work and professional attitude.

I hit a deer. Mini-City did a great job on the repairs. They worked with my insurance carrier, and the adjuster, to make sure everything was well taken care of. But here is where they stood out. After I received my car I realized that the air conditioner wasn't working any longer. I returned the car to Mini-City, and they AGAIN worked with my insurance to get the appropriate repairs made. But wait, it gets better. I didn't want to have to go through the rental car process again, so they LOANED me a nice little Honda Civic, (that is good on gas) to use while they finished the work. Let's be honest, it's nearly impossible to catch every little thing in today's complicated vehicles. It's easy enough to miss something, but Mini-City went above and beyond in making it right. I'd take my work to Mini-City again.

I brought our 2014 Honda Odyssey to Mini-City for an estimate after the vehicle was hit with major damage across the front passenger door, side sliding door, and rear panel. Rodney Johns won my confidence with a thorough review of the insurance estimate and explanation of his shop's approach to the repairs. He acknowledged the complexity of some of the work and that his team had the experience to handle the job. Unlike another shop I visited, Rodney was willing to give a conditional time estimate for the work, acknowledging that it could change based on what is found once the vehicle is taken apart. Mini-City worked directly with the insurance company during the entire process, handling supplements directly and not requiring my intervention. Communication during the process was excellent and I was always well-informed of the status of the repairs. The only hiccup in the process occurred when the automatic sliding door didn't work properly when we originally showed up for pickup. The team worked diligently to diagnose the electrical problem and correct it. The end result is a van that looks better than before the accident with no evidence whatsoever that it ever occurred. This is particularly evident on the highway where alignment and balance are very good and road noise is at a 'new vehicle' level. In summary, this team did an excellent job and they were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Mini-City for any level of complexity of body repairs and I would not hesitate to return to them for future business.

Someone backed up into my rear side passenger door and put a huge dent in it (before and after photos attached). I filed a claim through her insurance company the same day and they provided me with a list of auto body repair locations to obtain estimates at no cost to me. I chose Mini City Auto Body because of the raving reviews and the fact that they are affiliated with insurance companies. The insurance company forwarded my claim information to Mini City Auto Body and a representative from this repair shop called me bright and early Monday morning to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I went the same day! Brett assisted me and took photos of my vehicle and provided me with a print out estimate within 15 minutes. My door needed to be replaced, painted, and scratches had to be repaired so it came to approximately $2,459. Thankfully, I wasn't at fault and the woman's insurance company paid for everything (all repairs and rental car). In addition to my door and paint job looking spiffy, the customer service at this location is impeccable. They placed 1 phone call to Enterprise and I was picked up within minutes by Enterprise to go pick up my rental. Overall, following the initial estimate Brett had given me and the follow up calls I received from him to give me updates on my car, to the front desk clerk's superb customer service in person and by phone, their service was absolutely amazing.

My husband and I chose Mini City Auto after someone ran into the back of me. I saw the reviews, and didn't really know what to expect; not because any were bad, but because I had never had to use a body shop before. During a stressful time, Mini City were very reassuring, and it was great to have it taken care of by someone we trsuted. Kara and the office team were fantastic; very kind and knowledgeable, and they answered all of our questions. They kept us updated regularly, and honestly made us feel like we were the most important and the only job there (when we know they are very busy). Our car came back immaculate, and we are thrilled at the skill of the job they did. I would happily recommend them to anyone.
