I really appreciated this shop today. I broke a serpentine belt and had to be towed into the shop which was nearby. JT worked me in on short notice and did a real nice job. I will plan to use them again. They were affordable and fast.

I had them do a pre purchase used vehicle inspection. They said all was well, filled up one tire that was a little low. A month later that tire is going low again, I filled it up in case it was a fluke. Month after that, took it in to the store and have to get that repaired, plus my rear brakes are running super thin and need replaced. It was a cheap inspection, but I'm paying for it now. I can't speak for their other services though.

Had my first experience using this shop yesterday and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. Went there on the recommendation of a co-worker. They fixed my problems – several emissions issues (which can be tricky to find/fix) and tire replacement – and did so quickly. They were honest and charged a fair and reasonable price for the repairs. I will definitely go back to them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mike either is a scammer or doesn’t know what he’s doing. Don’t know about the other techs though. Meter showed 47% light coming through the window, which is legal in NC (35% is the darkest it can be) and he failed the inspection for my girlfriend’s vehicle. After confronting him via phone and listen to him word salad for a bit and fail to even explain what reading would make the vehicle legal, his only reaction was to force us to challenge. $30 isn’t a lot of money, but instead of taking his “discount on the next one” I’ll just take the car elsewhere. Men, don’t send the women in your life here, they’ll get taken advantage of. Unfortunate. For those that don’t know, the lower the % of tint the darker it is. This reading would make the tint on the vehicle 53%, which is entirely legal in NC. Still failed the inspection, stole our money. I hope a manager or owner sees this and moves on from this incompetence.
