After NOT receiving a reply to my contact request made on Carsguru I took the time to drive up to view a car I saw on their website. Approx 1 hour drive. Images on website shows no damage on driver side rear wing / door - needless to say there is a good amount of damage there.

This is where my Audi S6 now resides. I highly recommend this shop for your high-performance Audi service. The tech is top-notch, personable, and professional. I am extremely confident that I will back on the road after being jerked around for over a YEAR, with the only result being a hole in my wallet and a destroyed transmission. Surely wish that I had known about this shop YEAR ago. After dropping the pan, this what they found. Metal, chunks of plastic and some weird sealant that should never be in an Audi transmission

I recommend you give Triangle European a try for your European Vehicle repairs. They are very knowledgeable, courteous and more than anything honest about the repairs you need. They do not sell you a service that is not needed. I have taken my wife's BMW and my mother's Mercedes Benz to them. Their pricing is more than fair for repairs. Mike (the owner) went above and beyond and offered a loaner car for mom to drive. Talk about great customer service. A must go to for your automobile repairs.

Kinda sucks. *edit: your response to this post is the most detail I've received. Noone said anything. Just gave me my keys, and a receipt. Noone explained anything to me or communicated there were any issues...

I would like to start by saying how grateful I am that I found Triangle European, they take excellent care of my Audi! I love the car, but I was really wasn't sure about the car after carrying it to the Audi dealership, up to that point I'd had no problem with it, I carried it in for a recall that's when all the problems started. I got it back and immediately noticed that the heat was working correctly i called them back to let them know I had a problem, they scheduled me to bring it back a couple of later the next day my wife drove it to the grocery store and it left her stranded it would not go in gear no forward, no reverse, I when to see if I could get it going, and I managed to get home and then back to the dealership the next day, it stay at the dealership for seven months, I got the run around every time I called, no call backs, they pull the whole dash out of my car, to fix the heat, when all it needed was the heat module reprogrammed, and said that they could get the transmission to act up. Went to pick up the car and a got three miles from the dealership and my night vision malfunction light came on , the very next day I started have transmission issues, I knew I wasn't carrying it back to the dealership, that's when I found Triangle European, talked to them, and carried my car in, was expecting the car to be there a while to fix, to my surprise they called me back in three days tell me it was ready, got the car back and everything has been good on it, that was over a year ago! I give them a 10 out of 10 thanks Triangle European no more dealerships for me!

Went to get a diagnostic done. I paid the $181 price tag, then 12 minutes away this happens. I call and all the receptionist has to say is "wasn't leaking when it was here". So after finally getting to look at their mistake they addressed it, which the technician NEVER TIGHTEN THE COOLANT CAP. And you call yourselves mechanics. I got no refund and just a headache of a time. I cant make you not take your car here. BUT I beg all their client to double check their service because they will miss Critical things
