I cannot recommend this place enough! I had been having the same issue for *years* and have seen multiple mechanics who all brushed it off and told me it was fine. When I took my car to King's, the mechanics listened to what issue I was having, figured out the problem, and fixed it. Especially being a woman going into a car mechanic place, I felt heard, all of the employees did not talk to me in a condescending tone, they asked follow-up questions to make sure we were on the same page, and broke down the pricing. This is my new car place and I suggest it becomes yours too!

I had a great experience with Kings Auto Service. A car I recently purchased had an usual odor that I couldn't get rid of with air fresheners, etc...I took it to Kings to see if they could get rid of it since it was really bad. Daniel and his team ran an ionizer on it throughout the day to try to get it out. To their surprise, the odor didn't come out with the ionizer, so they didn't charge me even though it wasn't their fault that the odor remained. They really took an interest my situation and were totally honest and upfront with me. I so appreciate their team working on it and helping me out. I think it was a very unusual situation for them since they said the ionization works 99% of the time. Will definitely go back to such great folks for car needs in the future!

Pretty disappointing since I read this is the place to go for oil changes. I came to make an appointment but they don't allow people to wait for their vehicles...? Why have a waiting room with chairs if people aren't allowed to sit and wait for their vehicle? They claimed it was because they couldn't guarantee a time for the vehicle to be finished, even if you have an appointment made, because vehicles rolling over from the previous day get priority. So why require appointments at all then? Insisting it could take 3-8 hours to do a simple oil change with an appointment was a surprise for me. Although I've heard good things about this place from one source, I'm not going to leave my vehicle for an entire day just for a simple oil change.

King’s is everything you’d ever want in an auto repair shop—courtesy, professionalism, competence, & honesty. They’ve done major work for mr this year, & each job was done in excellence. For the first job I had them do, their price was $900 less than that of my second opinion. And after my latest visit, which was several months after their initial estimate, because the price of parts went down, my bill went down as well. Great to have total confidence in your auto mechanic!

Came in and had some major brake repair work done. Went to a large, well-known repair shop before them a few months ago. The repair shop that i had gone to before them said the issue was fixed but was not. Came to Kings, and issues were fixed. No run arounds. No up selling this or that. Just straight to the point. My car drives smoothly. I can see why they are a busy shop. They get it done right. Thank you, Kings Auto.

The staff were very friendly and responsive. They took a thorough look at my car and provided a clear estimate with explanations and photos of what needed work. It was all of the information I needed to make a decision about whether it made sense to invest in repairs and they were still really nice and helpful despite the fact that I decided not to fix anything. I never felt pressured and would have had them do the work if I hadn't decided to be done with the car. Would recommend, especially for women navigating car things solo.

I took my car to King's this week after using another car shop for most of my adult life due to some problems my car is presenting. King's was able to get my car in quickly, they were efficient, honest, transparent, and provided great service. I am grateful for everyone that helped advise me. A special thank you to Anthony! I will be back soon.

I brought my 6.7 powerstroke to King’s for a check engine light and misfire. I dropped my truck off with Anthony just before they closed Monday afternoon and by midday Tuesday Anthony sent me a detailed diagnoses of the issues I was having as well as a general inspection of the whole truck with pictures provided of the problem areas. I spoke with Anthony on the phone about what all I wanted to go ahead and have fixed. He was very friendly on the phone and answered all my questions. The truck was fixed much quicker than I expected. The customer service was exceptional. I could not be happier with my experience with both King’s and Anthony. I will absolutely be calling them again next time I need service.

My experience with King's Auto Service began very positively. The service advisor and front desk staff were professional and accommodating, even offering to ride along to help diagnose an issue. The initial inspection was thorough, and the process for approving the necessary work was clear and straightforward. However, once the service began, the experience changed. Upon picking up my vehicle after the repairs, I was informed that the CV axle had been damaged by a technician during the service and was replaced at their expense. While I appreciate that the shop covered the cost, I was not informed of this significant mistake until after the repair was already completed. This lack of proactive communication is concerning and does not follow standard practice for authorizing work. Immediately upon entering the vehicle, I also noticed a strong smell of oil and minor debris left on the passenger seat. More importantly, I discovered a new, loud squeaking sound from the driver's side seatbelt retractor that was not present before the car was in their possession for four days. When I reported the seatbelt issue, the initial response from the shop foreman, Daniel, was dismissive. He suggested a repair would be difficult, require taking the door apart, and that parts for my model may no longer be available. In a follow-up call, he denied any responsibility, repeatedly attributing the new issues to the vehicle's age by stating "stuff happens" and characterized my concerns as unreasonable and implausible. However, my vehicle has been well-maintained with no history of accidents or major repairs, making it entirely reasonable to question new mechanical failures that arise coincidentally during a four-day service visit. This pattern of blaming the car's age was also used to explain the technician's mistake with the axle; he continued to attribute it to 'old age' and only changed his story when I informed him that another employee had already confirmed it was a technician error made during the suspension repair. Ultimately, after initially agreeing to document the seatbelt issue, the foreman stated the shop owner would not take any responsibility for the damage. Furthermore, despite my paying over $2,000 for the service, I have yet to receive the simple list of parts used (brands, part numbers) which was requested and promised over 3 weeks ago. While the shop did correct their initial mistake with the axle financially, the primary issues are the lack of transparency regarding mistakes made during service, a pattern of deflecting responsibility for new issues that arise, and a failure to provide basic documentation for services rendered. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this shop for major or complex repairs where transparency and post-service accountability are important.

Charge absurd amount for labor. $140 for tire alignment $160 to install the tires $550 for installing 1 brake (part and labor) $110 to diagnose the issue which took no more than 5 minutes. Definitely never going back

Kings Automotive is everything you want in a repair shop. Honest, friendly and very knowledgeable. Brought in my son’s Jeep that needed a lot of things addressed. The estimating process was straight forward and everything was super easy to understand. They answered all my questions and helped me prioritize the best way forward. I worked with Daniel and he clearly communicated throughout the process and the team delivered the vehicle back earlier than expected. Not to mention the peace of mind the 3 year 36k warranty that came with the repairs. Thank you Kings.

I brought my car in because the battery strap needed to be fixed after a screw stripped during a AAA replacement. I told them I was in a rush because my wife and I only have one car and the car has our car seat in it for our one month old baby, and they fixed it very quickly. I am very grateful for the workers here and cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!

I recently had the rear brakes on my vehicle replaced, and I would like to commend the exemplary customer service I received throughout the process. Several weeks following the service, I experienced some issues with the brakes; however, the team demonstrated significant commitment to resolving the problem. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident and commendable.

They quoted me $350 to replace this $15 relay that’s the equivalent of taking a plug out of an outlet. I would double check the work required and shop around for quotes (or do it yourself), before being ripped off like this. The initial $200 diagnostic was reasonable for the high quality work. Extremely thorough and professional.

My 2012 Prius V Hybrid system warning lights came on and I thought the car was headed to the junk yard. The team at King's Auto assessed the error codes for me, determined the problem, and shared with me that they believed the part needed was still under warranty. They recommended that I bring the car to a Toyota dealership to check. They were 100% correct. Toyota replaced the part under warranty with no charge to me and my car kept driving. I was so grateful to the King's Auto team for their honesty, insight, and guidance. I will definitely return the next time I need my hybrid car to be serviced.

I brought my 2014 Honda accord here, dealing with safety issues. The Abs module was defective. They are honest and up front with everything. If you need auto repair go here, they don't gloss over repairs, they are honest and treat you like family. I'm so thankful for having my vehicle fixed the kindness towered me as a customer. Yeah I paid a lot of money for my repeair, but honestly these mechanics are above average scale. Mechanics working on my 2014 Accord, there are safety things that are operable that have not been operable since my purchase. Thank you for honest up front estimate, and treating me like family.
