We recently visited Firestone for tires during there tire event sale. We received great customer service from Mark and his team. They were able to get us in and out within a reasonable time based upon us setting up appointment. They were flexible because we had to change the appointment a couple of times and we were still done with 2 hours. We will be using them again for oil changes and maintenance on our vehicle!

I took my vehicle in with concerns of a slight noise that I was hearing. I was informed of several issues that needed to be addressed with pictures in the estimate along with professional safety advise of which issue to handle first. I was also approved for the Firestone credit card which will allow a more affordable path to add said issues. From appointment scheduling to drop off to explanation of issues to vehicle pick up every step was very easy and the team was very helpful. I have taken my wife's car to another location years ago and they did great also. We're definitely a Firestone family moving forward!

The guys at the reception were nice and helpful. The work was done well. The only downside is that in both cases (wheel alignment and brake fluid replacement) employees didn't clean up after themselves. The driver's side door sill was completely covered in black marks, and brake fluid was spilled on the fuse box under the hood; I had to clean everything myself at home when I discovered it. My suggestion for the workers: please clean up after yourselves and put seat covers on the seats, as you are getting into a clean car in dirty clothes. Otherwise, it's a great service overall, and I will come back again.

Fast appointment accommodation, prompt diagnosis, and reasonable repair time given required part delivery from supplier. Prognosis was a failing water pump, belt replacement, and coolant flush. Symptoms were noisy belt operation and the AC stretch belt was visibly half off the water pump pulley.

I cannot begin to say enough about the level of kind service Chris provided to me today. He was patient humorous and definitely earned my business in Raleigh. He pulled my records from the location in Largo I have been using for 25 plus years and he took Customer Service to the next level! He calmed me down and reassured me—-he put things into perspective…in a very gentle way. As I was here to pay for the new set of tires I overheard him helping another caller who also was anxious…he had been trying to fill his mom’s tire and had been unsuccessful—- even though they are supposed to be closing soon… there are other clients still here having their cars tended to he welcomed the son to bring it on in and they would help him as quickly as they are able… it was refreshing to interact with someone so CLIENT focused! Chris you are one heck of a human being. I thank you Sir. I’ve brought both my cars here and the service is dependable. Went in for engine diagnostic. Both accurate. Recent brung my Ford Edge in for an oil leak concern .. price for inspection 10.71!!!! Can you believe that!!! I was expecting like $50- $100 for inspection. I’m just a Lady 😌. fire stone don’t come off like they taken advantage or pressure you for repairs. Love it.

These guy were an absolute blessing. I do not live in Raleigh but I'm usually in Raleigh at least once a week. While I was driving home I somehow got a hammer drill bit lodge in my tire which caused my tire to rapidly leak air.
