Great service, just took my vehicle in to have my brakes checked. Volvo dealership advised me that I needed to replace them. When I took my vehicle in to have them checked and replaced, I was advised that I had 40-50% left on pads. So glad to have such honest and reliable service.

We’ve had a horrible problem with our Volvo in which the dealer was unwilling to continue work. The manager at Reeve-Smith spoke to me today and examined the problem photos and was confident and happy to go to work on the problem. I’m confident they’ll be able to solve the problem and so grateful for their professionalism. Update: they fixed the problem completely. We are so grateful for Reeve-Smith

Can't say enough about these guys. We have old Volvos, including a '98 V70. They have kept us on the road with great service at reasonable prices. And they've told us when it was time to let a car go. These guys deserve your business. They're decent, do good work and provide a better value than the dealership.

As usual,I received excellent service at a very reasonable price.I have been dealing with Reeve-Smith for over 15 years for my 98 Volvo . When Mark purchased the business,I was apprehensive to see if the same excellent service continued.Not to worry. Mark has continued the tradition that at Reeve- Smith you will get the best service at a reasonable price.I am 75 years old and I have never recieved such courteous service as I have at Reeve-Smith.This service was on my son's 2000 BMW. When I was looking for someone to replace a part in my Volvo, my search brought me to Reeve-Smith Auto Repair. I was impressed with all of the stellar reviews this company received. They did not disappoint! I e-mailed them and asked for an estimate for the part I needed replaced, and I received a response almost immediately. I was in the shop 2 days later having the repair made. The owner and his son were very professional and kept me updated throughout my wait. It was an incredibly positive experience, and now that my car is out of warranty, I will be taking it to Reeve-Smith for all my service needs. I cannot say it enough. If you have a Volvo, and you need service, forget the local dealership call Reeve Smith. Why? 1) Super friendly 2) They will work till the issue is fixed. (I had an issue that would come and go and they were very patient and persistent and got it fixed.) 3) Very competitive pricing...They will save you money!! 4) Customer focused. I had a bad headlight and low brake fluid. I dropped by and they fixed it...no waiting. I send all my friends with Volvos to Reeve Smith!!

I’m someone who will repair pretty much anything on their own car but I was lost on the major issue I was having with my 850 turbo. Taylor and Alan help me out. I brought in my Volvo Cross country because I had a wobble in my steering wheel when I applied brakes. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem as having warped front rotors. Alan called me after the diagnosis and went over the plan. They were able to replace the front rotors and get my car back on the road the same day. They didn't try to upsell me on some other part replacement or service that I didn't need. These guys are EXPERTS ON VOLVOS! As the kids say, "don't sleep on them." The repair cost was affordable and more than fair. I had my car serviced earlier this year due to an alternator replacement and felt brushed off by the staff. I was told I had over $4000 in other repairs to do and that they couldn’t find the source of my check engine light after the alternator had been replaced. After going through the history of my car repairs myself, and multiple second opinions, I found out that the check engine light was on due to a plastic cover on an engine part that had been broken off while being serviced by reeve smith. The other repairs were unnecessary for a car as old as mine and it has been running fine the past year. They did replace my alternator at market price but I felt taken advantage of due to everything else. After I found the issue of the check engine light they were quick to fix it after addressing it. I will not be recommending reeve smith to others.

I have been a customer before Mark took over from the original owners many,many years ago. Year after year, the customer service, quality of service and cost does not disappoint, albeit it's a Euro shop. Took my car in for what I thought was going to be an expensive alternator replacement, but the expertise and knowledge of the mechanic(s) diagnosed and recommended a much less costly repair. I usually don't do reviews, but this place deserves it.
