I have had a lot of repairs performed at six forks station Exxon over the years and always been happy with the work. They will not sell you parts or service that you don't need. I have had warranty work honored at the shop without even having to ask. Their people know what they are doing. I’ve taken several cars here for years. I’ve recommended them to several friends as well. The mechanics have been great and the price has been reasonably fair. However, the past three times I’ve been in the shop the customer service from the front desk has poorly represented the business. The two guys who work up front are dismissive, arrogant and act as if I’m inconveniencing them by walking in the door. I’d rather pay a premium elsewhere than be greeted with crappy attitudes. After 10 years I’ll be headed elsewhere.

Very disappointed. Felt confident with the rating on here but took my car in and was recommended repairs that were incorrect (a full brake job when it was just the master cylinder), and way more expensive then what was actually needed (got multiple opinions on the car and then got it fixed elsewhere). I also had to press the guy on the phone for more information, as he kept giving me vague categories and not actual details. I liked being able to acess the quote of the repairs on my phone, but it was confusing at first because there is no total price for all of the recommended repairs, just the price for each job. They were pretty speedy with the diagnosis, but not sure if that's a good thing since it was wrong in the first place.
