Horrible Service. I took my car in for noise I was hearing under the glove compartment area. I was told the air conditioning hose was clogged and they blew what was clogging the hose out. Noise went away but came back so I took it back to them and I waited for the guy who worked on my car to show but he didn't show so I left and came back another day and of course car wasn't making the noise. About a month later I noticed water on the floor on the passenger side so I took it back to them. I also noticed that a piece of trim by the dashboard was missing. I asked them about the missing piece and they said they would look for it. After waiting all day for them to call me back I called them and they said they couldn't find it and didn't seem interested at all. I don't even think they looked for the part. I will have to order this from the Nissan dealership and I am sure it will not be cheap. I will not be going back to this place. For these guys to have been working on cars as long as they claim they did crappy work. I will just take the dealership to really find out what the problem. Update-8/24/18-Had to take car to Nissan dealership to get fixed. It wasn't a clogged air conditioning drain, that is why I was still having the same problem they said they fixed. I had water on the floorboard of my car on the passenger side which was caused by a clogged air conditioning hose behind the windshield wiper area. That had to removed and the hose cleaned out, that was causing the noise I was hearing near the glove compartment area. So these idiots charged me for something the didn't repair. I took it back to them twice after they supposedly fixed it. The guy there told me rainwater got in my car. Yeah it was rainwater because the hose was clogged. They didn't know how to fix the problem so instead of telling me they couldn't fix it they charged me anyway and didn't fix the problem. So I ended up paying $300 for something that should've only cost me 157.00. I seriously doubt these guys have been repairing cars as long as they claim.

I could not say better things about Dixie Trail Automotive. We've been going to them for the last seven years and will not take our cars anywhere else. They do fantastic work, are fair and reasonably priced and just the nicest people.
