I took my car thr to get 1 plug fixed after they fixed tht soon as I left they shop 5 mins later to go home my car started smoking and all my fluid was gone I called them they said I need a water pump so I took it bk to them they claimed they fixed it got to the shop it still was leaking then they said it was something else I got home literally 7 mins away from them and the same problems like the 2nd time they are scammers I wouldn't suggest no one to go to them for service I'm pissed my car have been parked since I left they shop cause I can't drive it

I took my 2015 Nissan Rogue to Epic because of their location and coupon I received in the mail. Although my vehicle only has 40,000 miles and not making any squeaking noise, had the front and rear brakes replaced. I dropped off the vehicle and Junior gave me a ride home. With less than 200 miles in it, the red brake light came on. I took it back so Epic can look at it and Troy gave me a ride home. Junior diagnosed and waived the diagnostic fee. The shop stood out because of their shuttle service and good customer service. I highly recommend Epic for your auto needs.

My car wouldn't start one morning so, after receiving a jump, I drove to Epic Auto Center and told them my issue (with the car still running in the parking lot obviously!). A mechanic immediately came out to test my battery and alternator before advising me on what the potential problem was. After determining it was simply a dead battery, they put a new battery in and I was on my way less than 30 minutes after arriving. I was very impressed with the service; instead of just assuming it was a dead battery, they ran through a couple of tests just to make sure it wasn't a larger issue. I will certainly be back!

Buyer beware, I was charged $2000.00 for a parts deposit thinking what was left would go towards labor, I went to auto zone and priced the parts $747.00, at the time I picked up the car I was charged $4000.00 , at the time to leave Epic my car would not start, it was left again, at the time of pickup I questioned the charges, guy at the desk advised me that, I didn’t have to use his shop, i walked to my car and noticed grease and finger prints on the hood that would not come off, see photos. I am contacting the NC attorney general’s office for a complaint, I don’t like getting scammed

We went to a large national dealership because my wife’s VDC and slip light was coming on. They kept our car a couple days and gave us an extremely high price to replace an item. We needed the car fixed so we agreed. Then they came back to us and said that they didn’t have the part. We told them OK, but please do the other things suggested. We went to the dealership and nothing was done. We found great reviews on Epic Auto as a company who works on high-end older vehicles, are very honest and will work with you. We took our car to them. We found out that the dealership was going to give me the wrong item. Epic Auto found out the issue and gave me a few options to resolve the problem. Due to the age of the car, they didn’t have the item in stock but said that they would get it. They got the item quickly, repaired everything in just a few hours. We saved thousands of dollars. We had been looking for a non-dealership who we truly can trust. It brings great peace of mind that we have found them.

I did some pricing at various shops around Raleigh and found Epic to be the best price for work done on my old 2006 Honda Accord. Jr and his crew are competent and efficient and run a really well managed auto repair shop.

Horrible phone service. Quoted me one price and then tried to charge more. When I declined service I was still charged a deposit fee and was refused a refund. Terrified of companies like this and will be reporting the unauthorized charge to bank and BBB if refund is not issued.

I got tired of the mainline auto dealers servicing my car. If you didn’t consent to their myriad list of things that would go wrong unless you had all the “add-ons” performed you would regret it!
