This is a busy location. Expect to wait around a bit if you have to get some work done. Understandably so, because it is located in a very high traffic area and is easily visible to the main roadways and neighborhoods nearby. Took a car in to have a basic oil change maintenance tire rotation done, unfortunately it seems like there was some sort of issue with this work order. Oil levels were not met and or changed at all due to the volume of cars or whatever reason it may be that the shop had at this time. I am giving this review 4 stars only because of the customer service received on the back end recognized by the manager, Scott. He personally reached out and offered to fully comp the work order and proceed to extend an offer to cover a future oil change when needed. It’s important for businesses like these to stick around when they can, and even better when management can recognize they were at fault and admit to the mistake that they have put the customer in a poor situation. It is because of this that I will give them another opportunity in the future.

Recently stopped in this location because it was only 6 minutes away from the car dealership I was considering purchasing a car from and I wanted to have a pre-purchase inspection done. It was a bit busy when I walked in, but it was not long before I was happily greeted and checked in by Jackson. The wait for the actual inspection did not take that long either. In fact, it was not long before Jackson called me back up to the front to inform me my inspection was complete and that I could go out in the bay to see the mechanic, James. I have never been invited by any other repair shop to actually come out and meet the mechanic who performed the service for my vehicle. I thought that was a very personable and unique take on customer service, and I sincerely appreciated it. James was extremely thorough and took the time to help me completely understand his findings and professional recommendations. I honestly could not have asked for a better duo to assist me in helping me make my decision and feel confident in doing so. I would like to send a massive shout out to both Jackson and James. You all rock! Keep up the fantastic work.

This was a very aggravating experience. I had my car towed here for backfiring and trouble with acceleration when I would first turn it on. Everything started out great they put me in their queue they said that they would have someone look at my car the next day and diagnosed it. I called 3 days later and the manager answered the phone he began cussing because he did not know where my car was. I was told again that he would try to get someone to look at it that day. I called back again 3 days later for an update and I was told that they had been waiting for me to get them approval on installing a new battery in my car. They never made me aware of this. I went in person 3 days later to get an update on my car the man at the front desk was confused and irritated that I was there saying that he had already given me an update on my car 3 days ago. We had a short conversation and he said that they would get to my car whenever they got to it and that if I was not okay with it I could take my car somewhere else. Like an idiot I left my car there. Several days later with no word from them I came in to pay my bill for the battery and to have my car towed to a different mechanic. A different employee was at the desk named Zach he had great customer service skills and made this crappy experience better. They had misplaced my keys and paperwork he had to go and ask all of the mechanics where they were. He said that they had no notes in the computer that my car had been backfiring or that I'd been having trouble with acceleration. He was completely confused by the way things weren't adding up and gave me a discount on the car battery. The other mechanic was able to diagnose my car in one day. I do not recommend coming here especially if you are a woman go somewhere else.

I really hate to leave a bad review like this, but its long overdue, and I would hate for another young woman to experience this. Originally I came to Firestone to fix my check engine light and was quoted $800–$900. In August, I finally dropped my car off and paid for the service. As soon as I drove off the lot the check engine light came right back on — literally within minutes. I called to let them know and returned the car, and they kept it all day for a diagnostic. Later, I was told they had installed the wrong part in my car. What shocked me was the lack of accountability: • No apology • No acknowledgment of the inconvenience • The technician told me, NOT the manager • Even the technician didn’t apologize They said they would order the correct part and call me when it arrived. I waited an entire month with no update — no call, no voicemail, nothing. After a month of waiting, I had to follow up myself. When I called, the manager, Scott, acted like it was no big deal and casually, No accountability, no sincerity he didn’t apologize he was just kind of like oh my God.. At that point, I decided I didn’t want anything else done to my car and requested a refund. Scott said I could get one and we discussed the refund amount. But then I had to keep MULTIPLE TIMES following up just to see where the refund was. He claimed he initiated it — but 15 days passed, and still nothing. It wasn’t because of my bank being slow he had initiated the refund like he said he did. After all that back and forth, he finally issued a refund… but only refunded the cost of the part, NOT the full service, despite the service not being completed correctly. This is not what we had discussed. I was really angry at this point I contacted the regional manager. Very disappointed in the service I feel like I was taken advantage of!

I brought in my vehicle to do a brake inspection. It was recommended to purchase 4 brand new tires, rotors, and a lifetime alignment. Once services were complete, my vehicle didn’t drive the same. Not even 15 min from leaving, my tire pressure light came on, and I returned the car. Also, there was a metal scrubbing sound when I pressed the brakes. So they put air in the tires, and recommended I bring the car back if I still heard the sound. The following morning, tire light came on, and now I don’t even trust nothing the technicians. I have to take my car elsewhere to see what was really necessary to fix. I followed every recommendation and now I’m out 1200 dollars. I don’t trust this location AT ALL.
