I am not a customer first and foremost. a potential buyer wanted a pre purchase inspection here. the result was a one and a half page list of items recommended to be done which some were fine due to routine maintenance records not showing up electronically. They also advised a rocker arm was broken and needed replacing. I took to my mechanic and the rocker arms were fine. I'm sure they will respond to this review and explain my ignorance but it seemed their inspection resulted in an attempt to get services performed that were not necessary. great salesmen and very convincing. I'll let you all decide. I'm sure they do good work but I question their ethics.

Last week, the warning lights for ABS and traction control lit up on my car's dashboard. I took my car into Quality Plus in Raleigh where they initially determined it to be a sensor that needed to be replaced. They called me prior to doing the work and what the cost would be. I approved the work to be done. But, after replacing the sensor, the saw that the lights still appeared. They investigated further and determined that debris from the road must have cut through a sensor wire near one wheel. They replaced that wire and determined the sensor itself did not need to be replaced so the cost of repair was less than initially advised. That is the kind of honest work/service that deserves a good review!

We tried them and they were fantastic—competent, pleasant and yes, they give really good cookies! I whole-heartedly recommend them (even if they didn’t leave a cookie in your car.

I got to say, I'm impressed. They have above all else great communication, my wife and I always knew what was happening with our vehicle. It made it easy to pay online if we decided we wanted to do that, we also had the option to pay in person. The technology they sent us to pay online worked really well. I also thought that their diagnosis of the car was pretty spot on and, they didn't try to nickel in dime me. They also had some great insight as to what might have caused it in the first place and how I could prevent it going forward. The price overall was although semi-pricey, it's ultimately reasonable considering the work that they had to do. I'll be using these guys in the future.

My wife and I drove from GA to NC for a family emergency. Quality Plus Automotive was our choice. We called for car service and to diagnose a strange noise we noticed on the way there. As soon as the dialogue started, we were met with great communication. Throughout the entire process, we were kept informed every step of the way. They even took pictures and thoroughly explained the issue when we picked up the vehicle. To top it off, they left a thoughtful gift inside. The ability to take us in on short notice truly stood out. Exceptional First-Time Experience at Quality Plus Automotive Today I brought my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe to Quality Plus Automotive Service in Raleigh for an oil change-and I'm glad I did. This was my first time stepping away from the dealership, and the difference in customer service was immediately noticeable. It was based upon a recommendation of a friend I took my F150 Crew Cab to this shop. I was greeted with the utmost respect and the service person took time on several occasions to make sure I understood what work was needed and why as well.. I like the system used to allow me to look at work needed and prioritize what gets done when as well as cost. My truck issue was resolved and the diagnostic helped with preventive maintenance items as well. Overall well satisfied and will continue to visit this shop. I’ve been looking for a shop that has these qualities since moving to Raleigh. I’ve had my truck back for almost a week so far so good.

Outstanding as always! In addition to oil change and brake pads, Evan & co. did motor and transmission mounts on my Maserati GT--not easy--needed to drop subframe, replace propietary crossmember and replace impossible-to-find factory bolts--Evan sourced substitutes--perfect! Car feels great! Tight and solid--eliminated what I thought was likely suspension rattle, but I bet it was the busted crossmember they found. Working on this old exotic frequently requires improvisation and creative solutions--real 'mechanic-ing'. These guys come through every time!
