I luckily found the shop open during NC State parents weekend and I had a brake caliper issue after we came from Charlotte. I was concerned that our brakes were not functioning properly so I asked Young if he wouldn’t mind checking it for me. Young was super pleasant and found that I had installed a brake pad incorrectly the week before during a brake service. He took the time to replace the rotor and pad right then and there making our NC visit continue on without concern. Such a great experience and professional mechanic.

Young is a GODSEND! My car was recently broken into and stolen- my ignition wiring was shot and I had a broken window. I happen to stumble upon Young Auto Body & Sales Shop after retrieving my car and it was the best decision I could've ever made. Young talked with me about the damage my car had and broke down the parts and gave me a price range that was a great price. I should note my car has been having a coolant issue that I nor any other mechanic could figure out but Young did and discovered a leak! I was overjoyed with the amount of detail and care Young and His team put into my car. I received updates on progress and Young even fixed small things at no cost such as my car hood which was not standing up properly, fixing my key fob to work as it was dead when I first got my car and even after I had all my work done. I noticed that my display was not working (most likely a blown fuse and I found my car in the rain) and I took it back and Young fixed it right away! Literally took like 10 minutes! - also I brought my car in Thursday and all repairs was made my Monday🙌🏾! If you are looking for a new mechanic, I highly recommend Young! 👏🏾

Young is great! He is really reliable and honest mechanic. It was the very first time visiting him over a referral from a friend and I needed to replace the engine head gasket. He took his time explaining what needs to be done. Being so honest explaining about the whole repair I felt confident that him and his team will do a genuine job. Which I was right! I came here because of friends' recommendations. While I've definitely met a lot of nice mechanics, I think Young is the first person I met who seems to genuinely prioritize your needs above his. Not only did he do maintenance on my car at a very good price, but he even recommended that I get my new tires done at a DIFFERENT place because it would be cheaper. It's very rare to meet these kinds of individuals. Highly highly recommend going to Young's!

I had a very disappointing experience with Young’s Auto and Body. After a collision, I brought my VW Atlas here for repairs, which cost over $7358.97 Not only did the blind spot sensor and rear traffic alert system malfunction right after the repair, but I had to bring the car back several times over months—and they never fixed the issue. I eventually took my car to a certified VW dealer, who discovered that the sensor was taped and the brackets were broken. This is unacceptable and shows poor workmanship. It cost me nearly $2,000 out of pocket to correct their mistakes. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience. Do not recommend other repairs for any issues with your valuable car Car today has many electrical parts that this shop does not seem to handle and fix. Oil change and air filter may be ?!?!? oK It took six months and not able to fix it while VW dealer can fix in 2 days for diagnosis and repair This is indicating negligent and substandard repair that customer can expect when choose wrong body shop if you have accidents and something wrong with your car Time spent and headache I experienced was horrible and unacceptable

The owner and his son are really really nice! Very professional and cares to explain what work they're gonna have to do and why. The best body shop I've been to in the states, and I've been to many in CO, NY, NJ, and NC for all different kinds of fixes. They also helped us with the rental car process which was very smooth. The restoration came out exactly as we expected. Wish I could attach the before photo too but I can't for some reason. It was really scratched up. The office and waiting room are very clean, and they also have a cute snack bar.
