Gave Boyce McCaskill the problem code for an oxygen sensor provided to me by AAMCO and the part that needed to be replaced. They told me they it was a different problem code (self test failure) and they suggested to take the Jag to the dealership service. The dealer service department diagnosed the problem as an oxygen sensor, the same as AAMCO. From my experience, Boyce McCaskill is not as good as AAMCO or Leith... Caveat emptor

Last year an ammco transmission shop recommended me this Repair shop not a good decision !! First they over charge me alternator replacement cost me much more than average also had an issue with noise under the truck which turn out they said it was taking care but turn out they never fixed I wish he was more honest and told me he didn’t Be aware of prices !!!!

This is a great mechanic shop. We've had an alternator put in and spark plugs replaced. They're knowledgeable and the the turnaround both times was about day and we have had no issues since. Even better certain parts they let you source yourself which saved us a lot of money for our alternator (which was still under warranty). They're really communicative also which is a plus. They were quick to let us know that they finished ahead of schedule so we could pick our vehicle up before the closed on Friday at noon. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend, the dealership said we needed a new engine in our truck. A friend recommended Boyce to us as we don’t live in the area. Within 30 minutes of having our truck, he let us know that our engine was fine and it was a much smaller repair needed. Honest, reliable and quick service.

DO NOT GO HERE. I have NEVER written a bad review. Ever. This place is really bad. I have a car that likely needs a new engine. My code reader for my car gave me a code for a known issue with this particular make/model that usually means you have to get a new engine. I called Boyce to see if he works on engines and explained to him what was going on. I told him the code and that this is a known engine issue. And that I only wanted to tow it there if he works on engines. He told me he does engine work, so I had it towed to his shop. He called me later in the day to tell me that it's an engine problem and he doesn't work on engines. I was absolutely LIVID. He put me behind by an entire day in getting my car diagnosed and fixed. I then did more research and decided to tow it to a dealership that had great reviews. Once the tow guy got there, Boyce called me to tell me I owe him for the towing to his shop. I explained that he really should pay for it b/c I specifically asked him if he works on engines. Bottom line, he hung up on me and wouldn't release my car to the towing company. He said he never told me that he works on engines. That makes ZERO sense. I KNEW it was an engine issue and my main question to him originally was "do you work on engines". I obviously never would have towed it to him if he told me he doesn't work on engines. This guy is a piece of work and a total con artist. DO NOT GO HERE. Save yourself the frustration that I had to go thru.

Today is the 1st time I brought my 1989 Corolla to Boyce McCaskill. It's a little out of my way, but read many great reviews, & came recommended by other shops. My car was idling rough, knocked after shutting off engine, felt it was going to stall, & actually had stalled a few times. I'd been told I needed my carburetor rebuilt, but very hard to find someone who knows how to work on them anymore. I only had 1 high quote, saying it needed to be rebuilt. I called other shops , but no luck. None did work on carbs at all, except for one, comfortable only with domestics. They all gave me names of other possible shops, but Boyce McCaskill was the Only shop I called who can do a rebuild. Boyce quoted a much more reasonable price -- but told me bring it in so they could look at it. A few days later I spoke to Barry & he said I could bring it today & he might be able to fix it. Barry was able to fix it, while I waited. He drilled out & removed the factory plug, adjusted & set the timing. Boyce said I didn't need a rebuild, & that Barry was able to clean it from the outside. I highly recommend Boyce McCaskill Auto Services!
