Sloppy splashed oil all over bottom of my engine can smell it burning and see it underneath thee car. Told me I need tire rotation when I had one Month before. Took my cabin are filter out and wanted to charge me 52 dollars for a 12 filter they already had out. When replaced original filter they jammed it back incorrectly. Go to the jiffy lube across the street it's better

I brought my Honda CRV in for a state inspection. It was the first time I had ever used Jiffy Lube services. This location was amazing. They have an excellent, courteous staff, efficient workflow, and quick turnaround. They even held the door for me when I was leaving. Unlike most places, they delivered on time, just when they said they would. I will start bringing my car for more service here in the future.

My experience was terrible. First I called to see if I could get an inspection. The lady on the phone told me no and then someone in the background said yes they could do it. When I got there the attitudes were very distasteful, and I was charged a bunch of unnecessary fees. I do not recommend coming here.

“Radiator fluid needs to be topped off to pass inspection” but I ask where the leak is and it’s crickets. Just scamming people out of their hard earned money all day. Don’t go here

Bad experience, came in to get my oil change. Brought my own oil and filter and was still charged $80 for a change. And to top it off, they were trying to close my hood at the end and kept slamming my hood. And now it won’t fully close, wouldn’t try and help or acknowledge they messed up. Terrible experience

The manager the young wonderful lady with the small heart tattoo by the right side of her eye, was very involved and Energetic. The team members worked together. It was very busy. But I got done only 10 min late then what I was told, like I said it got busy real fast. Also I want everyone e to understand that with COVID around we all are short staffed. Very bad experience. Took my car in for a oil change. They obviously didn't put enough oil in my car and a couple of months later I had serious problems. Please don't trust your vehicle to this shady location. Go elsewhere at any costs

Great service. They balanced my tires(correctly, because another Jiffy lube that I had difficulties with had not). Took it for a test drive also they changed my oil, added coolant and even did some light vacuuming. All of that in about an hour. I was very pleased and I look forward to doing business with them the next time my car needs maintenance.

Thorough, but the oil change price they quote to you is NOT what you pay, they conveniently leave out the "shop fee" and tax. Tax I get, but the shop fee should definitely be disclosed as part of the price quote. Expect to pay an additional $20 to $30

They have no communication whatsoever. I asked for tire rotation and tire pressure check. They told me to get oil change for half price after they did the oil change they charge me in full and they said oil change only comes with inspection. I did not ask for inspection I asked for tire rotation When I paid they made me pay in full and give me Small discount and they said they cannot do the tire rotation because they’re afraid they are going to break the starts and they’ve done it before for my other car in a nutshell. Don’t do any tire services with Jiffy Lube. I took the car to another tire repair shop. All the nuts came out good they didn’t break any of the lug nuts and two times before this I went to Jiffy Lube and they break the lug nuts on my tires.

This place is a scam! I went in for an inspection, was told I needed things fixed in order for my inspection to pass. I couldn't do that at the moment was told I should at least change the filters when I asked how much it was. The woman said it was $36 for the filters never mentioned a second price for the second filter. When I go to pay, she tells me my total is $111 and then proceeds to tell me that it was two separate prices for two filters, but that is not what she told me initially. she then tells me that she even showed me a computer screen which she never did and I hope that a manager is reading this and actually looks at the camera footage and sees that she never shows me a computer screen. Just scammed me, DO NOT GO HERE!

Brought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in for a simple oil change. They came in to upsell me on the other services that were available, no hard sells, but I did want to get the tires rotated, including the spare. I could have it done free at thr place I purchased the tires but it was worth the $29.99 to me if u only have tomake a single stop. Was told the spare would incur an additional 5 bucks, Sure. Whatever. 25 minutes later, I'm called up front and told that my Jeep is ready. They inform me that the rotation was not done "because the lift points on my Jeep are too narrow". Ummm, that's a first. Didn't seem to be too narrow for the tire center that put them on or the dealership that works on it for other issues. And even if you have the one garage lift in the world that can't lift a standard SUV, they have a thing called a car jack. It was around for decades before garage lifts and it doesn't care about the width between the lift points are. If I could give half points I would give a 2.5 because the staff was polite and courteous, but someone was too lazy to do anything beyond simple oil exchange. I have always paid a premium for convenience and speed but if I'm going to have to travel elsewhere for simple tasks like tire rotation I might as well get the oil change at those places too.
