I dropped off my car to fix the AC. I thought it had something to do with the filter. The filter costs $50, which is what i was expecting to pay. They called me when the car was ready. I went there to pick it up, the problem was not with the filter, and ended up costing $250. Nice that the AC got fixed. However, they never called to ask if I wanted to do a service that would cost 5 times more than what i was expecting to pay. If you go, ask then how much it would cost, no matter what you are doing.

I do not recommend. My husband brought our Toyota in for an oil change on 1/30. They didn’t have the oil we needed. My husband had to go buy the oil (5 qts) and filter. Not a big deal as we understand our car takes a different type of oil that isn’t as common apparently. The problem comes a few days later while we’re traveling back to Raleigh from a short trip to SC (2/3). An oil message appears stating we’re low on oil. How is that possible?? Thinking it was a mistake, we checked the oil. Almost completely empty!! No, we do not have an oil leak. This car is only a 2021. Thank God it alerted us and were able to buy more oil before our engine blew. So highly disappointed. We gave them a try bc they had great reviews and we needed an oil change quick. I highly suggest going to Mission Valley Service Station down the road. They’re a great and trustworthy shop! Shops like Camachos gives mechanics a bad name. I usually go see Tommy at MVSS, but we were in a time crunch. I hate having to write a bad review on a small, local business, but this was negligence or they scammed us and kept the oil we purchased. Which is it? Do better please. You almost cost us a lot of money and a headache.

I will never recommend to buy tires from this shop i bought two new tires just in one month both of the tires got teared on the side which is not even fixable i have to change the tires. And thefront desk guy with tattoo is rudest person i have ever seen

Was a loyal customer close to 3yrs, disappointed now due to new diagnostics fee that has been imposed. Technically, any transaction it seems like that an employee looks, drive or asses the issue; a diagnostic fee would be assess. Better know what’s wrong with your vehicle now before bringing it to them, imagine having a “low air” diagnosis for $80.

I bought two new tires and they were costly and really bad quality i have never had that much bad quality tires even the used tires were better than their new tyres. And the front desk the rudest person. Instead of providing explanation will start yelling at you Not recommended at all

I had a great experience with this mechanic shop, and I want to give a huge thank-you to Manager Eddie, Carlos, and Angel. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Eddie was professional and attentive, making sure everything was clearly explained. Carlos and Angel did excellent work on my vehicle—quick, thorough, and highly skilled. It’s not easy to find a team you can trust with your car, but these three go above and beyond. The shop is honest, efficient, and truly customer-focused. My car runs better than ever, and I’ll definitely be returning for future service. Highly recommended!
