Mike (Spencer) fixed a problem I've had with two sensors that would not allow inspection. Turned out to be a bad gasket and stripped bolt on the intake manifold. Not cheap to fix, but the DMV waived all fees. Now have good inspection and registration. Mike seems very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue correctly.
