Excellent service and good price. I did alignments for my car here. They give you computerized sheet with alignment specs for your car, past readings and new readings after alignment. Friendly staff too.

I took my car to check the AC because it was not cooling well, they told me that after checking it and recharging Freon the AC was working at 70% and that I should put a new compressor on it because they did not guarantee the work after charging me 215$. the car was worse than before. I took it to another AC technician and it finally the LOBO technicians had overcharged the system with Freon and that the real problem with my AC was not the compressor. the engine fan was not working property so they misdiagnosis made me spend more money than I should.

I've taken my car there 3 times. I'd describe each process as fast, reasonable, and kind. Go here if you want an affordable option from a family mechanic who is hard working and honest. Until I see otherwise, this will be my garage for as long as I live in Raleigh. 😎 Update: Still reliable, honest, and considerate. I tried other places where they wanted to charge me triple and tried upsaling me. This is STILL the only place I trust.

Called and got the price for the work that needed to be done to my car last week! Took it there today and they said that the labor would be double, that the mechanic that priced the labor just last week stopped working for them supposedly last week also! Sad how they’ll try to make extra money off of you when you bring an expensive car to get work done to it! Can’t knock the hustle, but won’t be a victim of it either!!
