Scott was very thorough in assisting me with the purchase of tires for my vehicle. He even offered to send me to another store location to get them installed more quickly, but I chose to wait for them to arrive at his location instead that day. He walked me through the entire purchase process and helped navigate a few hiccups along the way. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t need. Scott clearly explained the pros and cons of replacing two tires versus all four, which helped me make an informed decision. He also let me know I’d need an alignment and I was ready to purchase. He informed me his shop couldn’t perform it, he made sure I knew what to ask for when I called around and told me to make sure they were equipped to handle vehicles with adaptive cruise control. The technician, Christian, was also great—he explained why my sensors might be slightly off for a bit after installation and showed me the screen confirming all tires were inflated to the correct pressure. Overall, a great experience with clear, honest communication and no pressure. Highly recommend!

Horrible. Promised vehicle back in 1 days time. That date kept changing each day for 4 days and still haven’t gotten my vehicle back yet. I have had to call each and every time about my vehicle without Firestone reaching out about the status of my vehicle. Very unprofessional and no urgency to fix any issues in their side to quicken services any. Never going back to this location again. Huge inconvenience using this shop, especially without supplying a loaner vehicle. Better off sticking with mom & pop shop that give realistic timing for service. …….continued. Shop said vehicle would be ready by eod. Didn’t get vehicle until hours after close due to mechanic having issues. Got vehicle with problem not fixed AT ALL. Had to return to shop and leave again. Since then have gotten a phone call from Scott saying they are low staff. Nothing else, to be continued…………. This shop has cost me time and money. Way beyond what was diagnosed and promised. Please don’t use this shop for your own wellbeing.

I really appreciated his sound and realistic advice—he was upfront and honest about what needed to be done versus what could wait, which gave me total confidence in the service. Took my vehicle in for an inspection. Nothing special. Should be in and out like usual. This time, i got my vehicle back and immediately noticed problem with the door not closing. Was hitting on the lock and WOULD NOT CLOSE. Slam a few times and think maybe the door catch lock has gone bad. Then notice hand prints where someone had tried to oil it up because I'm guessing they thought the same. I figured out if I jimmy it up (the lock mechanism) ever so slightly, the door would close. Took it home and contemplated what to do like maybe something is just going wrong. Took it back to the store to explain the issue i was having, just wondering if they could help me out. I mean i brought it in and never had a problem closing the door and after I do. I was immediately dismissed with "you got an inspection, we didn't put the vehicle on the lift". Told his tech to clean up the oil stains he left from trying to oil the lock and get it to work. It's what I was having issues with also. Not locking, but the door wouldn't close on the lock. Just WHAM, several times. Like closing the front door with lock open. Took it home again, figure out the hing is scraping in a new way now. Fresh metal scrapes like the door was over extended. Noticed the panel lines on the door and front quarter panel weren't matching up properly too. Decided to try and put a 3 ton jack on the back side of the door and push it up where it will meet the lock again. After slowly pushing up, over and over I finally got it to lock correctly. had to waste a few hours of my time driving back and forth to be dismissed again like my vehicle came in there like that. I mean all they had to do was jack the door for me, offer a fix, something. Just sorry, is what it is FROM THE MANAGER. It took me awhile to make this but my door still won't close right and it bugs the crap out of me all because I took my vehicle in for an inspection. up until this point I would highly recommend them. I was actually trying to make them my main, but now I refuse to go back to this store. Act like I'm the crazy one. My door lock works fine. It's the door that was messed up in this store. I don't know how really, but I know they didn't want to help after the fact AT ALL. just not my problem. I would have even paid to get it right. Whatever, think the manager's name is Scott too. Won't let me upload the video of the FRESH SCRAPES on the inside hinges, can slightly see it in last picture though on top where it's suppose to catch. Emailed corporate all i get, "What would you like to do". If i have to explain it, it aint worth my time. I already explained the issue i've had, what would you like to do to make it right is my question Anyone who has had good luck so far, hope it stays that way. Also have a friend who use to work at there and talked to them about it, they say they wouldn't recommend any firestone. So I'll take my business across the street.
